Noticed that Firehouse is making their bread smaller. Especially noticeable on the meatball. So the cutbacks start. First, the bread, then what's next, the ingredients to the sandwich.Everything still tastes good. But Firehouse be put on notice...Don't screw with what made you successful and you are. That leads to failure. Please take not with Quiznos! Started off awesome with lines out the doors at lunchtime. Then they started to make their bread smaller, and they continued to change. Well, they are barely in buisness today. At once, they had over 80 Dallas locations. Now I think it's 2 and it's horrible.Do not continue with trying to save a few pennies by cutting corners. You are starting with the bread. Stop there and amend your ways and go back to the full-size Sub bread.This does not reflect this location as it's a franchise and has to follow the rules. The service was great and the food was good. I will go back but I used to go twice a week. Now maybe once a month.....I see the change coming, and I won't be paying 15 bucks for a pencil size sub. I'll stick with Jersey Mike's.

I specifically asked if they used a lot of mayonnaise, and the girl said no. I would've asked for it on the side because when I got back to work to eat my lunch,... I had a mayo sandwich! It was so wet and dripped out the sandwich upon taking a bite. I like mayo, but this was terrible and soggy.

Do not use their App for ordering. It is the worst. I entered my card info to pay, and received a message their was a problem, and to contact my credit card company. I checked with my card company and saw that they had charged my card twice. Thankfully these charges didn’t go through. Might work for some, but just a warning.

The dining area is filthy- flies swarming around the food prep area really gets your appetite going. The food is trash and not made with love whatsoever. Nobody even acknowledges you when you walk into the restaurant. They all hate their jobs, CLEARLY.Save your money and go to Jersey Mikes or even Subway.
Ordered veg sandwich for dinner on 8/12 thru mobile and received the sandwich with a piece of meat on it. Had to throw the entire sandwich to trash. Will not come here again.

We came in for lunch and was greeted immediately by a guy in a grey shirt and green cap. He took our orders professionally and was so kind. After we sat down and got our orders he came by and asked how was everything and if he could do anything. I really appreciate the caring he showed. When we left I had left my bag on the seat and called to see if it was still there. He said he had it and was waiting for us to come by and get it. When I got there he greeted me at the door and handed me my bag. The food and customer service and honestly this is the best firehouse in the area hands down!!!
