The crew just needs to be more helpful and not so rude. We ordered and when we were done ordering from the self order the lady looks at our order and says we don’t have any spicy chicken sandwich so we ask if we could get the grilled chicken and she went to go ask the cook and said no cause it’s “more expensive” only issue it was ONLY a 30 cent difference. It wasn’t even that much. Also we got a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy one cause that was the only one closer to the price range and the chicken was old like it was just sitting there as well as the cluck sandwich.We didn’t even finishing all the food all the way . I was just made i should’ve went next door to canes. They just have to do better and treat customers better

I don’t how many times now that I’ve come to this Jack and they are out of Oreo and can’t make a shake. This is the closest Jack to my house and I try every chance I get because I think there no way they can always be out! And sure enough they are out 😤
You know when you’ve had such a long day from work or kids and just want that one comfort food to just make everything better! Well this shake is that for me and to always be out is very upsetting! You’ve failed me once again Jack! Thanks a lot.

ordered the energy mixed drink and i never like ice in my drinks, so therefore i asked for no ice in my drink…. this lady hands me a half full cup and says “thats the amount we use”. i would’ve gladly appreciated if she would’ve said that when i ordered it instead i get a chuckle when i asked were the rest of my drink was at…. never again

Why would yall send a drink with a straw punctured through the lid on a delivery order? Also what’s the point of requesting condiments if yall aren’t going to read the order? I hate going the meal I want without everything I requested, fully ruins the experience.

Food and vaule is pretty decent for fast food. This location in particular is very poor in drive thur customer service. Always up charging to Jumbo size and telling you combos only come in jumbo size. Then when asked about it they will lie to you and have avwry poor attitude about it all, especially Emilio M. at the prosper lo lcation who works over nights i believe l, who may need to find a little more pride in his work and not be such a jerk to his customers. Be a bit more friendly and not lie to them for whatever gain you may have by up charging them. Absolutely no need for an attitude when a customer is asking you a question in a calming manner. Don't close the drive thur window like it's some shield and excuse for you not to answer a customer correctly and with respect! Please grow up Emilio and remember to be kind to your customer. Smh!

The menu has gotten so boring. It's becoming more and more like just another mediocre fast food restaurant. One of the last items they had left with any semblance of personality they wouldn't even offer my wife cause apparently we didn't order online. They didn't TELL us it was online only, she simply told her that they don't sell it.
I wound up settling for the loaded tacos, another one of the last unique things they have. Didn't find out til she got home that they didn't load my tacos, so we wound up paying extra for nothing.
I don't normally leave such negative reviews for restaurants, but my experience with Jack in the box is just getting worse and worse with every time I drop by one.

I've been to this location a few times recently and the service has been average. I haven't experience above and beyond service yet. However I'm please that my order is always right and I'm able to get in and out quickly whether I order in person or order ahead using the app. The food is always fresh and tasty. The drinks machines are always stocked with all the flavors. They have a Coke drink dispenser with all the flavors. This location is very serviceable and efficient for a fast food joint these days. I recently had the Ore Milkshake from here and it was very tasty with a cherry on top!
