The menu has gotten so boring. It's becoming more and more like just another mediocre fast food restaurant. One of the last items they had left with any semblance of personality they wouldn't even offer my wife cause apparently we didn't order online. They didn't TELL us it was online only, she simply told her that they don't sell it.
I wound up settling for the loaded tacos, another one of the last unique things they have. Didn't find out til she got home that they didn't load my tacos, so we wound up paying extra for nothing.
I don't normally leave such negative reviews for restaurants, but my experience with Jack in the box is just getting worse and worse with every time I drop by one.

This location has been great. Been getting the classic tacos and when you get them at a good location like this one it takes you back to the good ole days.

I've been to this location a few times recently and the service has been average. I haven't experience above and beyond service yet. However I'm please that my order is always right and I'm able to get in and out quickly whether I order in person or order ahead using the app. The food is always fresh and tasty. The drinks machines are always stocked with all the flavors. They have a Coke drink dispenser with all the flavors. This location is very serviceable and efficient for a fast food joint these days. I recently had the Ore Milkshake from here and it was very tasty with a cherry on top!

I ordered a #22(breakfast croissant meal), $5 Big Deal Breakfast Bundle, and two breakfast jacks. The French toast sticks and hash browns were so hard they could not be bitten through!! All four of our sandwiches were badly overcooked as well. The bread was extremely tough with crunchy brown egg. I spent $20 on food just to end up having to cook for my family. I was not given a receipt and when I tried calling several times with no answer I gave up.

Um hi??? Called store a million times with no response… all I’m asking for is to please not forget my ranch with my GrubHub order or even give me extra if it doesn’t cost me more 🤣? So simple. If I don’t get my ranch I will leave this review at 1 star. Seriously was trying to be sooooo sweet but at this point it’s ridiculous to try and call to confirm something and get no response/hung up on.
Absolute best Jack in the Box I've ever frequented. I must say Victor on nights knocks it out of the ball park with making sure it's ran properly. I see him cleaning the machines and makes sure orders are right.
Note they all are very nice and you can tell they take pride in the service they provide.
They will always have my buisiness just because they run it this way.

After 7pm the employees there are an absolute joke. Can’t speak English, can’t fill out orders right. Argue with you about what you’re paying for. Mock you over the intercom. Then send you on your way. Awful location. I never experienced worse customer service anywhere else.
