Lady in drive thru on 11/1 1230am was very rude dumped the fries and tacos and nuggets on no wrappers. Basically handed the food asked for ketchup and she slammed the door in our face after coming from working a 12 hour day. Very disrespectful. Needs to learn the me you got two nuggets when it was supposed to be 5 burger was thrown together and she put the food that was supposed to be in wrappers back to be reused. Will never be back to this location. Go to the one on 423 or keep going down the street to the one in crossroads avoid this location at 423 & 380 late at night.

I love this Jack in the Box! Every time I order — whether it’s during the day, evening, or late at night — the food is always fresh and made just right. The burgers have that delicious charcoal-grilled taste, and the curly fries are always crispy and full of flavor. The cheesecake is hands-down my favorite dessert — so creamy and satisfying every time!

The staff here are always great — friendly, patient, and quick to make sure your order is right. It really makes a difference when you’re greeted with good service along with great food. Definitely one of my favorite spots to eat!

Why at a certain time they always say the shake machine is not working. Main reason I go to Whataburger because their shake machine always work. I can visit any Jack in the Box in Dallas area and they never give this type of service. I know they clean it early and just dont want to make shakes for customers after a certain time.

This location either meets the bare minimum or doesn't at all. I usually order Ubereats from this location and there have been multiple times where they forgot the sauces that were supposed to be included with my order. This I'm mostly fine with because I have sauces at home and I'm unsure of what the employees can see anyway from delivery orders. However, on my most recent order, I noticed several more issues. On my lunchie meal with the double burger, the burger only had one patty, making it a regular burger. Okay, whatever. But then I noticed my drink was also a small when I paid extra for a medium. It was only a few cents extra but these issues combined tell me that whoever was making my order wasn't really paying attention. The food itself is fine. The quality is what you expect from fast food. Save yourself the time and money if you can and go to a different location.

I had to place order in 2 different orders because they left half of it off the first time after repeating it back to me. They left fries off of one of the orders. I was told they would bring food out to the car and they did not do it. The food was not good. I will never go back to this location again.

Executive Support

They think they're slick charging every customer who orders a meal for the up size large fry and drink without ever asking. Adding an additional $2-$3 to every ticket that comes through thinking because it's insignificant to one person it's not worth saying anything but when they do this 200 times a day they slip an extra $18,000 a month in their margins.... Pay attention jack in the box Walmart just got hit with a massive class action suit for overcharging customers. Cost them tens of millions of dollars. You're going to hit the wrong attorney that comes through this line and get what's coming.

The crew just needs to be more helpful and not so rude. We ordered and when we were done ordering from the self order the lady looks at our order and says we don’t have any spicy chicken sandwich so we ask if we could get the grilled chicken and she went to go ask the cook and said no cause it’s “more expensive” only issue it was ONLY a 30 cent difference. It wasn’t even that much. Also we got a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy one cause that was the only one closer to the price range and the chicken was old like it was just sitting there as well as the cluck sandwich.We didn’t even finishing all the food all the way . I was just made i should’ve went next door to canes. They just have to do better and treat customers better
