Our server Patrick was amazing!! The food was great too. The customer service by far though was amazing!!
Taylor was so so amazing! She is so kind and helped us out! Definitely needs a raise!
Great place to take the kids after dinner. Seating was a problem not enough seats inside and no outside seating was available. 3pm Sunday.
Stopped by with my son for a quick dessert for the first time. The young ladies were really nice and friendly. They greeted everyone that walked in. Everything was also nice and clean. We will be returning for sure!
My girls love going here! Vert tasty flavors
Fantastic place, my kids love it!
I really love the ice cream.
The ice cream area was clean but the tables and the rest were so dirty. Even though pets are not allowed inside they let a lady come inside with a dog in her purse while she served her icecream, not sanitary at all.
Lyla is about the sweetest thing. Always so nice. Love visiting. She always goes out of her way.
Mold was found in my daughters/friends vanilla froyo. Sick for 3 days. Will never go back. Clean your equipment!
*this was the only meal eaten that day. The only two who got vanilla were sick for days. The other who skipped the vanilla never got sick*
Management is defensive and aggressive for a reason

Really good yogurt. Lots of condiments and sauces. Delicious
Profiled me and my friends then proceeded to refuse service for asking for a sample - my friends are regulars and come almost once a week- extremely rude and out of line
Very nice fro yo place! We like how you can buy anything besides frozen yogurt! We are one of the very first customers there!
First and last visit to Menchie’s.
The moment we walked in, the place had an off-putting smell—like a dirty daycare. But what really sealed the deal was watching a woman hand her little boy the communal topping spoon. He was licking his fingers and then touching the spoon meant for everyone else. Absolutely disgusting.
I brought it to the attention of the teenagers at the register and suggested they really need to sanitize the topping spoons more frequently. One of them casually asked, “Which one?”—as if it was no big deal.
My poor daughter, who was so excited for fro-yo, ended up getting hers to go with no toppings after what we witnessed. To make things worse, when they put the lid and sticker on her cup, the spoon they handed her had a piece of the employee’s hair stuck to it. Seriously?
Totally disappointed. No cleanliness, no care, and no second chance.
I love this place. For all my family members’s birthday cake from there.
