We live right next door in Windsong and usually don’t come because of how long it takes to just have our pizza made even if no one is in line it seems like there are 3-4 employees in customer view but not really doing much. Last time I came there was a girl working her butt off, she did more that all 3 other employees combined in the 20 min I was in there. This time I came back and she was here again doing the same thing, she is by far the hardest worker in here, and while she was not helping me directly she started a conversation with me and had a big smile on her face near closing time. Whoever reads this higher up needs to know Michelle (I believe her name is) has made this store about 10 times better since I’ve been coming over the years and we will come back more frequently because of her.

Tonight 620 pm, ordered ahead 15 mins and still had to wait 25 mins after arriving. The people working are very slow and were very rude, didn't care. Management needs to do something about the staff

Mod is our favorite Pizza Place, we pick whatever we want to put on it and it's always Hot and Fresh! The crust is very thin, and they cook it however you want it! One of our favorite Date Night places to go!!

The older white male manager was rude and dismissive. He skipped over me, a waiting customer with food ready, to serve a white male who had just walked in. Favoritism like this is unacceptable and has no place in customer service.
We had a fantastic server— we can’t quite remember his name, but he had glasses and an arm tattoo, and he was friendly, attentive, and super helpful with menu suggestions. He made sure everything came out just right and checked in at the perfect times. Great service like his really makes a difference. Thanks again!

Went in on Friday night and the pizza was so fresh and I was also served by the most nicest employee ever I believe his name was Julian but I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a good pizza that isn’t too expensive!!

Great food. When we walked in today the store person told they had 7 orders ahead of us from online and wait time of 30 mins. I took a seat and decided to wait. We all go through days when situation is not conducive. The staff were honest and up front. They also had called additional staff who came in while we were waiting and girl who did our order was patient and ensured all topping were added. I know a couple of people were not happy when informed there were many orders ahead of them. Mod pizza online should help stores toggle the intake The food was great, courteous staff. It was worth the wait.
