If you are a Vegan/Vegetarian avoid this place. When they make pizzas they drop meat ingredients on veggie baskets too...we experienced meat in our veggie pizzas and complained and returned the pizzas, they didn't return our payment or made an another pizza for us. When I spoke to the staff about it, they said they do not guarantee the meat do not mix up with veggies.
They have a vegan pizza on their menu, not sure how they can guarantee its vegan.

Mariah and the gentleman that was working with her providing excellent customer service. They worked together well and greeted everyone that came into the door. The beverage area was well stocked. Mariah asked if we wanted salad or a drink to go with our pizza. As a leader in my career, you acknowledge great customer service when you see it and Mariah exhibited nothing short of that. Mariah and the gentleman she was working with (I didn’t get his name), worked together great as a team! Mariah also encouraged us to sign up for Mod rewards and explained the benefits of signing up for the rewards, so we did! Not because the QR code was on the sign above the register, but because Mariah presented the rewards program in a way that I couldn’t say no. It’s not often that you experience excellent customer service so I had to take the time to share this. Both employees get a 10 star from me and my family! Great job!

We live right next door in Windsong and usually don’t come because of how long it takes to just have our pizza made even if no one is in line it seems like there are 3-4 employees in customer view but not really doing much. Last time I came there was a girl working her butt off, she did more that all 3 other employees combined in the 20 min I was in there. This time I came back and she was here again doing the same thing, she is by far the hardest worker in here, and while she was not helping me directly she started a conversation with me and had a big smile on her face near closing time. Whoever reads this higher up needs to know Michelle (I believe her name is) has made this store about 10 times better since I’ve been coming over the years and we will come back more frequently because of her.

Mod is our favorite Pizza Place, we pick whatever we want to put on it and it's always Hot and Fresh! The crust is very thin, and they cook it however you want it! One of our favorite Date Night places to go!!
