I just love their staff, and their food is so good.
Dietary restrictions: I can't have many carbs or sugars, so their lettuce wrapped burgers are so good especially for an alternative. 10/10 would recommend.

We eat at this Mooyah location(Preston in Prosper) on average once a week. We often order on the app and they ALWAYS have it ready to go on time. Every time. The workers here are so friendly and always have our order perfect and ready to go! The crew at lunchtime during the week are the best!! Other locations are not the same…we’ve tried and been disappointed!
Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options with lettuce wrap or GF bun. Fries and chips are GF as well.
Kid-friendliness: Hot dogs, chicken strips, or burgers. All great!

This was hands down the best. Burgers were juicy and filled with flavor; hotdog was delicious and French fries were crunchy and perfectly salted.

Bri was amazing with how she handled the evening rush. She went above and beyond when we as a family accidentally only ordered 3 burgers instead of 4. We checked our receipt and realized our mistake. Bri made us our last burger and did not have us wait in line to pay. The cheeseburgers were amazing, hot and fresh! The family size fries was perfect for us. It is no wonder Mooyah has stayed so successful when they can hire and retain store managers like Bri. I highly recommend this location!

I ordered 2 chezburger with lettuce and tomato to go. When I got home open the bag found out they put only regular berger dry with no lettuce tomato mayo. Was good only for dog. Do you think I will be back to mooya. Think again.

My wife and I ordered at the restaurant for take out during lunch. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked for a time check on when the food will be ready. Upon checking for my name, our orders tickets were never provided to the cooks. Customers that ordered behind us have already been served, eaten, and left the restaurant. This was the worst customer service/non-customer service I’ve ever received from Mooyah. My wife and I will not be returning.

They were awesome! We watched them working hard behind tge counter. Our burgers came out great. Best sweet potatoe fries I ever had! We both thought the mint chocolate chip shakes were the best ever to. We can hardly wait to go back!!
