Food was great as always, but service was phenomenal. Everything came out very fast, but not so fast that we felt rushed. Never had to ask for anything twice, and frequently got refills of food/drinks without having to ask. Especially having kids with us the visit was painless and easy. Pax was awesome. Thank you!

The food was excellent, but the service is horrible, all the waiters talking, it looks like they didn't want to work lazily and apart from that our waiter smelled bad, they need more personal hygiene, we were eating and the waiter smelled like an armpit, it made us sick, apart from that he forgot everything brought something and he forgot the rest and he was taking so long to come back.

Came in on a Friday night Lizzie the host was very accommodating! Our server Remonda was great! Food was great! ? over all great experience! Haven’t been to an Olive Garden in awhile and it met our expectations!

There’s 4 in our group! The waiter wasn’t on top of his game today. We had a hard time understanding what he was saying. His name had a Stone in it. He’s a Blackman. Our order was slow coming out. He didn’t offer to refill any of our drinks. One lady got unsweetened tea and the rest of us got water. He charged one lady for a Raspberry Lemonade in which it’s water. The food was very good. The service sucked big time. We all paid with cash and I was the only one that needed change and it took him 15 minutes or more to bring back my change. The restaurant wasn’t that busy so I’m assuming he must’ve been a new person. In the past I’ve always had great service there. I will be back not sure when, but I will request a different waitstaff.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to seafood so they did really good on my orderKid-friendliness: It seemed to be kid friendly. We didn’t have any kids with us, but the kids behind us were very rowdy because they kept kicking the back of our seats.. very annoying. Maybe parents with kids should be put in other side of restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Last time we were there there’s 2 wheelchairs in our group it’s very accessible!

The food was excellent but the service was horrible. The girl who served us was in such a bad mood that she didn't finish serving us. We were served by 2 more waiters and even the man from the kitchen. (Be careful, this was at the Olive de Prosper)
Horrible service. The waitress completely forgot about our table multiple times. We had to get the manager to get us boxes and our check. When she came back, she never once apologized for the wait. No, it's not a high-end restaurant, but the service wasn't even the bare minimum.

Usually love going here but decided to go last night around 9 and wasn’t happy. We got our entree before our appetizer. They forgot to bring them. Didn’t bring our breadsticks and my order was messed up. I figure cus we went late so I didn’t make a fuss I’d just never go after 7pm again.
