When I visited last Saturday, self-ordering was not possible due to a system problem, so I ordered and paid directly with the cashier, but I was double charged. When I went to find it and talked to it, they said that they could not confirm it now because there was a system problem, and that they would confirm it only on Saturday, 5 days later. Very unfriendly and customer service is Terrible.

I used to eat Panera in various locations for lunch everyday about 8 years ago. I grabbed lunch there yesterday while shopping in the area and was very disappointed.Half sandwich, cup of soup and soda cost almost $18! I was shocked. The bread was over toasted and disintegrated into crumbs with each bite. The steak was overcooked and had a slightly bad taste. The soup wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese and tasted formulaic.The tables were streaked with dried water from not being properly cleaned and the entire floor was STICKY. It felt and sounded gross when walking throughout the restaurant. I didn’t even want to wear my shoes in the car afterwards, let alone in my home.Panera has now been crossed OFF the list of acceptable restaurants for me.

Be careful, every time I've bought lemonade from this store, it's been spoiled. Even the lemonade I bought today was bad, so I ended up throwing it away. I'm going to cancel my membership.

Horrible experience. Went here on a Sunday morning for breakfast and the "free drink" my girlfriend has with her membership. You'd think as paying members, we'd get decent service. Nope. We pull up to the drive thru window, have to wait 10 minutes just to speak to someone, then pull up to the next window to pay and get our food. Mind you the cafe is empty, there are no other customers there. We then have to wait for OVER 30 MINUTES TO GET OUR FOOD! FOR TWO TINY SANDWICHES!Just to make it even better, they didn't put cheese on my ham and cheese sandwich. Love eating stale bread with ham and nothing else. Horrible experience, never coming back here again.If you value your time DO NOT COME HERE.

Not one of my favorites. But my family for some reason likes these restaurants. Only average food at best and even though we visited 2 hours before closing times over half of the rest seating was closed forcing unhappy customers to seat to closely.

My wife and I visit this fantastic restaurant quite often and are always treated fantastic. Kendra is an incredible manager and Tina is awesome too! At the register KK was another outstanding employee. I would highly recommend this Panera to everyone as the food is great, the restaurant is clean and the staff couldn't be any nicer.

I have ordered food online for my kids, went to pick it up in the drive thru. I followed instructions and told them, no one in the line, I was like wow, it's like a breeze. I go to the window, wait 5-7 mins no one acknowledged even after noticing me. After approx 8 mins of wait, I waived my hand, they saw me, took their own sweet time, came back and said, online order right? And handed me the food in 2 seconds that's on the table right there. How is it difficult for someone to do it when you know they were driving up the aisle and the food is ready!! I didn't go in because I had cold and avoiding direct contact for everyone's safety. Food was good but I would give it a 0 for service if I could. Picking up in the restaurant was ok before.

The drive through wait was 20-25 min. They’re always out of stuff, sandwiches are skimpy, soup is never hot. Please please corporate do something about this location. I’ve love PN for years and have been to multiple locations, but this one is the worst!!

Went in today 12/15 around 1:30PM and ordered a roasted turkey and avocado BLT and after about 20 minutes of waiting I tried to cancel my order but it wouldn’t let me. Then after about 30 minutes of waiting I decided to go to chilis instead and that was ready in 10 minutes and I ate about half of it then got a notification my Penera order was ready. I went in and got it since I paid for it. The worker apologized about the wait and I get it wasn’t his fault. But I think mobile orders took precedence over in house orders so my name kept getting further down the list which was annoying. I took my food and left and probably will never go back to this location. I get being short staffed but when I ordered they should have told me and estimated wait time so I could go do some shopping or wait in my car or just see the wait time and decide not to order all together. This is very frustrating and they clearly need more staff or a better system.

Ordered on app on the way and sat at table but had to go retrieve my food, it wasn’t dropped off to me. Multiple tables missing the table number to make online app orders possible during busy times. I was there during a slow time so it was a non-issue. Lots of diners (teens) steal table numbers from various restaurants…Food was great, not the least expensive place to have lunch, but quality is high.
