Good Pizza, but bad service team

Complete disappointment. Couldn't even eat my food because of how it looks. It supposed to be a sausage pizza. As you can see from the picture, everything is off the pizza. Papa Johns needs to go back to delivering their own pizzas and not use a 3rd party because right now I just want my monet back so that I can go eat somewhere else.

The last couple of months, items are overcooked, under sauced, over sauced -just inconsistent. We get the same things. They also keep forgetting sauces on the side. Calling for remediation was pointless. Done.

I received this coupon because they were 40 minutes late the first time. Ordered last night using said coupon and they were late 30 minutes. Improvement? Nah- cold pizza, delivery driver left it on my doorstep without ringing the bell and manager blamed 380 for the late service. I get it- 380 sucks in general, but you can’t use that excuse. Do better.

If I could give zeros across the board I would. I spent $50 on pizza to have it delivered to my house gave a $10 tip to the driver, and the driver claims he called and texted me because he couldn’t find my address. Then proceeds to go to a different Papa Johns passes my house. Then on the app, my food is reported as delivered? But it wasn’t delivered… Then I called the Papa Johns manager to ask for an explanation and to see if there was anything he could offer in the form of customer service since it was an hour after I paid for my pizza and I still didn’t get anything. He refused to give anything saying that they did not mess up in anyway. The driver tried to call and text me, which he did not, and there’s no evidence that he ever did. At the end of our conversation, the manager still refused to fill my order or refund me in terms of customer, service, discounts, etc..

Worst customer service. Order was cancelled without notice after waiting for more than 90 minutes! The person wouldn’t even give the name when I asked! Order was placed through papa John’s mobile app.

So tired of the mess ups from this store. Literally every time I order. Thought I was ordering from another store but nope, this one somehow got my order. Deliver said 39 mins and it took just under an hour. Pizza was not warm and didn’t get extra extra cheese as we ordered.

Thought I would try the new pepperoni. I hate when my food is completely different than marketing ad.Menu photo v. My pizza. Where’s the pepperoni. I basically got a cheese pizza with pepperoni flavor.

Whoever made the decision to make the menu virtual should have checked the cell signal in the store first. If I can’t see the menu I will not be ordering from Papa John’s. And price changes are not an excuse. You can use a digital screen. The counter help was no help.

I don't understand how this store is still open. It's awful. Two hour delays, door dash picks up the orders whenever so your food is just sitting there. The app says delivered and it's not here. Waiting on hold forever to talk to someone in the store. I don't get it.
Very poor service. Pizza was left on our doorstep. Cheese was half off one of the pizzas and the other pizza was not prepared as ordered.
