I ordered from this location today and the food was terrible except for the cookie. The pizza crust was burnt. Papa John's doesn't taste good anymore. I wasted my time and money. Never again!!

First of all, a general thought: why is it that people are punished for not using the app to order? Not everyone wants all that clutter on their phones.
Second, the experience: very difficult to order via phone. Employee was very difficult to understand during the ordering process. Quite frustrating! No discounts offered or applied.
Third: 2 pizzas, both thin crust were quite bad. ( super Hawaiian and cheese pizzas). Both were overcooked, crust verging on burnt, and dry as cardboard. Almost no sauce and no extra cheese. Cinnamon bread also overcooked. All for a &50 dollar bill. A cheap frozen pizza would have been a better choice.
Very disappointed and a waste of time and money. I should have taken a picture but I threw most of it away.
Shame on you Papa John’s!

It's been sometime since I had papa johns and the current 9.99 special peaked my interest. Wish I would have reconsidered. Pizza had no flavor with 7 different toppings and garlic stuff crust. Chicken was mushy and the veggies were mid grade. Cheese had ZERO flavor and the dough was too chewy. Won't be back for a while. Used to be one of my favorite franchises but they have definitely taken a turn for the worst

The pizza was hot and fresh, and the staff at pickup were friendly and fast. Great option if you’re looking for quick carryout. Delivery can be hit or miss—sometimes late or missing items. Overall Good

The cook in the afternoon is the best, I came around 12:45 pm ( I didn't get his name ) he really knows how to make the best pizzas ! I will definitely be back and they have the best pizza in prosper, just got a order at the right time I guess ?

Completely screwed up my delivery order. I politely called back for a correction and to see how I'd be compensated.
Instead, the only way I could get the correct order was if I now drove to the location to pick it up AND bring back the botched pizza because they basically didn't believe that they Completely messed up. THEN, I had to sit and wait another 30mins after getting there for my correction order. Absolute lack of accountability, NO compensation was offered. Oh and the reason I asked for delivery in the first place was because my son just had surgery and my wife just had a baby 15 days ago. So, safe to say this is the worse experience I've ever had at Papa John's.

Company outsources deliveries to door dash now. There’s literally no quality control once it leaves the store. There’s delivery times are atrocious because some person from south Dallas is picking the food up to deliver 3 miles down the road. Stupid.

They will never give you the correct sauce you ordered, EVER. I also ordered from them last night an hour before closing. It said it was being prepared, out for delivery, and then delivered. When i open my door, nothing is there. I call them and tell them what happened and they say it’s too close to closing to bring my order. I ORDERED AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE, and why did it say delivered then? there was plenty of time to at the very least tell me beforehand.

How many negative reviews will it take for improvement? We're new to the area so we thought we'd give it a try....twice. Both times was a disappointment. They didn't need to travel down 380 so there's no excuse for cold pizza. They forgot part of our order each time and whenever we called, was told they didn't have any drivers so the only option is a store credit. We basically threw away money.
