The young man working appears to be doing everything by himself, so this is not a reflection of him. There was another young lady there, but she appeared to be fighting with a boyfriend. The store was disgusting dirty, so much so that we left. Every table was dirty, food and napkins all over the floor. The drink and condiment station looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The dough stations were dirty. It wasn’t busy so there is no reason this store was so bad. If the fromt looks this bad, I can’t Imagine the back where food is stored.

The Prosper location was absolutely disgusting!!!! Dirt everywhere. There’s a difference between “too busy can’t pick up a few trays or clean around the trash cans” to “ absolute filth!!!”. The health department should inspect this place. I wish I could say they were busy and couldn’t get to it, but no, just 1 or 2 families in there. I would actually give it zero stars.

RACISTS! Me and my friends ordered three pizzas My friends left and I saw the sign for a forth pizza and asked the employer for the forth and he argueed that I couldn't get it because we had stuffed crust because you need to get a personal pizza then left and didn't give it to be because I said it didn't make sense the general manager said I need to leave and called the police and I didn't get the fouth pizza now I'm trespassing if I come back.

While waiting for our pizza we noticed a cutting board and pizza cutter was used on 2 pepperoni pizza which wasn’t an issue. We asked the worker kindly if she can use another one since we can’t have pork for religious reason. She went to the back and one of the pizzas was finished and another worker went ahead and cut the pizza with the pepperoni infected items. Honestly wasn’t a big deal. But this is where the workers started being rude. The girl who didn’t know to use a dirty pizza cutter got annoyed I asked for a remake bc of the reasonings and she proceeded to throw the pizza away with attitude like she wasn’t getting paid to work there or the ingredients were coming from her pockets. The first girl who made the pizza originally that went to the back went ahead and made the remade the pizza. Our other pizza was finished so the nice girl took it out but accidentally was about to use the pizza cutter that touched the dirty oiled up cutting board. Again no issue, the girl asked her friend to double check even tho we stated it touched the board and the girl started bringing her tone up and said she never did anything. At this point the girl disregarded her because she knew her tone was disrespectful and she used a new cutter. Again all good. But after the two girls proceeded to go to the back and hide in a corner and whisper, thinking we couldn’t hear them then pretended to be wiping down a counter when I walked up. At this point we asked for a refund and the manager came up. The girl acted surprised why we wanted the refund manager looked dismissive like it wasn’t a reason to not wanna get the food anymore. All in all they should’ve had a protocol in place to use separate cutting boards and cutting knives for food for meat and vegetarian. We were fine with a remake for their mistake. But the overall attitude because they had to work a little extra wasn’t needed. Not everyone likes the oil from meat on there pizza nor can they all eat it due to religious reasons. Do better.

Had a horrible experience here. I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to in this case for so many reasons.The place was very unclean with tables not wiped down, hair and food all over the floor by booth seating as if it hadn’t been swept in days. Ordered two pizzas and looking at the fruit and veggies they looked old and like they’d been sitting out all day. Not at all fresh. There were a group of younger kids working and their appearance wasn’t clean or professional looking at all. More messy and slept in. Went to get a fountain drink and the area was unclean & made me question how often the dispensers were even cleaned. I wanted a Tea but it had the top off and when I looked in there was a fly floating in it so felt that was unsanitary. We waited 30 min to get our food and then only got one of our pizzas. Went back up to ask about the other pizza, and they acted like they didn’t know we ordered it at all. Had to make another so we waited an hour after initially ordering, we finally had our food. Two women in front of me were also waiting impatiently for food they’d ordered and when one of them got hers I noticed immediately it was burnt and she did also and said that it looked burnt. The kid tried to act like it was normal for the pizza to be that burnt and falling apart and indifferent to the issue of it clearly being overdone.The woman refused it and said she wanted her money back. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences. The bathroom also has no soap so hard to imagine employees washing hands.
