Slightly disappointed with this location, i always love coming here and tonight i went to stop by because my sister was CRAVING boba. We stopped by 5-10 minutes before closing, we get there and the door was locked. I completely understand wanting to leave early but if your hours state you’re still open shouldn’t you be? My family and I are regulars at this establishment, visiting weekly and making good use of the frequent user app. The management are familiar faces to us, and we've always enjoyed prompt service, usually within 5-10 minutes, even during peak times. I had a great time here, ordered the Oreo Slush and it was yummy, I would definitely for the smaller size next time though. Was helped by Mary and she found me a drink that I really loved and was super positive. Will definitely be back!
