Slightly disappointed with this location, i always love coming here and tonight i went to stop by because my sister was CRAVING boba. We stopped by 5-10 minutes before closing, we get there and the door was locked. I completely understand wanting to leave early but if your hours state you’re still open shouldn’t you be? It was only going to be one drink and there were 2 employees behind the register and 2 in the front area i don’t know if the people up front were employees or friends of the employees. I wasn’t the only person wanting to get boba at this time. Another person had walked up before me and by the time I went up there the employees up front looked like they were laughing at the person trying to get in. If your hours show you are still open you should still respect that and the customers coming by and not just stare and laugh at them

My family and I are regulars at this establishment, visiting weekly and making good use of the frequent user app. The management are familiar faces to us, and we've always enjoyed prompt service, usually within 5-10 minutes, even during peak times. Our kids adore this place, and it's been a reliable spot for a quick, enjoyable visit.However, on a recent Sunday visit, the experience was unusually off-pace. With only two staff members, presumably college or high school students who we'd never seen before, the service was noticeably slower. As we settled in for some games, it became quickly evident that other customers were also experiencing extreme delays, with a growing number of unattended cups on the counter. Despite the wait extending to nearly 45 minutes (for drinks!?), the staff on duty seemed to prioritize delivery orders, leaving dine-in customers waiting and waiting...Despite this, I believe (and hope...) this incident isn't the norm for this establishment, known for its usual excellent and swift service. I'm sharing this feedback not as a critique but as constructive insight for the management to ensure continued great experiences in the future. I trust this was an isolated incident and look forward to our next visit.Tip: I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and does what's necessary to ensure it doesn't happen for customers again. I had a great time here, ordered the Oreo Slush and it was yummy, I would definitely for the smaller size next time though. Was helped by Mary and she found me a drink that I really loved and was super positive. Will definitely be back!

The guy was super rude, and he didn't even put my drink in the shake machine. i dont know if that makes a dirent, but my drink tastes gross nothing like before , we usually get delicious drinks from there, but this time, the service was very rude and bad

Went here two Fridays ago about 20 minutes before closing. They said they don’t have boba anymore which I said okay because my daughter will get something else. When I said she wants a Milk based drink they told me that it comes with a boba and so they won’t be able to make it. It sounded that everything we want they won’t be able to make it. My daughter was disappointed. They should just have closed the store earlier then. Customer service here has gone bad. Now I just drive to Frisco if I want KFT.
I've had taro and it's usually good but here.... not the best milk tea, tasted like stale cereal. Wouldn't buy again especially since there medium is also pretty small wasn't aware of that, was my first time and likely last time there if this is what they offer for $6 a small that's a "medium"

No thanks. Ordered a mango oolong. She didn’t want to make it then put black tea instead of oolong just to make it bitter and gross. You’re bitter and gross. Way to ruin it for the other girls who aren’t. Her co worker confirmed it by calling out the right order. Thanks but no thanks.

I have been here a few times and out of the past 3 times we have been there, twice they ran out of boba. The reality is, if your business model is based on one key instrumental area, rock it and make sure you have enough inventory. I don't care if you're 5 minutes away from closing or an hour- you should have what's needed because otherwise you are letting your customers down. Why does anybody buy boba tea if it's not for the boba?! I can make my own black tea/ green tea/ etc at home. This place has been disappointing to say the least. Also while we are at it, I think it's absurd to add a tip for mixing a drink...

Nice location in the midst of various shopping venues. Tea quality so-so. A bit pricey but comparable to most other vendors. Service and hygiene vary depending on staff shifts. Place is clean in general.
