If I could give a zero I would. Pizza had no flavor. Dasher was not smart enough to follow instructions. Only way this place gets a rating over a 2 has to be coming from teenagers.

The pizza and options are always good. Kids love it. Staff on the other hand, really could use customer service training. We ate there April 7 and I have left 2 voicemail messages for the District Manager Mo and no return call. There was only 1 couple in the restaurant when we arrived. The 4 of us ordered our pizza and sat down. A few minutes later, the pizzas were ready. The first 3 were fine, I went to check on mine. I asked at the pick up about my pizza, there were 2 employees there, 1 was folding boxes with ear buds in and the other boxing and slicing. When I asked the one slicing waked away, the other still standing there never looked up. I repeated I am missing one pizza, its a pan maybe it takes longer, with ear buds she just looked back at the oven then back at the boxes never looked up and said yes. I went back to my family who were eating and waited. They had finished their pizza so I went back to the pick up counter and said I am still waiting on my pizza. The guy slicing and boxing just looked at me and said I don't see it. I said I ordered it and watched it go into the oven. The girl folding boxes at the counter still never looked up to help, still with ear buds in. The slicing guy said he didn't know where it went. There were 4 employees in the area, no customers and not 1 employee offered to help, make it again etc. They just looked at me. I asked again, do you have the pizza. The slice guy said what was it and I can make it again. I said, my family is finished and we need to go, we don't have time to wait on another pizza. I said I just want a refund at this point so we can leave. No one said anything. I said it again, I just need a refund we need to go. The slice guy, I'm new I don't know how. So I said it again, I just want a refund. The girl with ear buds never looked up and the other 2 employees just looked at me. I asked to speak to the manager and they just looked at me. I said I need the contact of a manager or owner someone. I repeated I want a refund. Finally 1 employee said we don't know how to give a refund. The employee went to the back, with an attitude, and got a business card with the district manager. I called and left a VM as we were driving away. No return call after a week, so I left another VM. Almost a week later still no return call. I strongly suggest they implement the use of a "secret shopper" method to evaluate the cleanliness and employee customer service on a routine basis. **After 3 VM for the GM, as of today May 6 2024, I still have not received a return call

Just came here for lunch with my family and the teenage girl that works there seemed soulless and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. The place was disgusting I had to clean the table and high chairs for my kids. No paper towels or soap in bathrooms earlier. Will not be returning to this location

The place was a complete mess.. one person working. No one in shop but us and nothing was being cleaned. That soda machine and coffee ☕️ machine had nit appeared to ever been washed the floors were disgusting, countertops not sanitary. I liked the employee he was very nice but the place needs a good cleaning. Especially since you eat there.This unsanitary is what causes food born illness. Everyone should know this. Especially since Covid .. but in general it needs cleaning bad.Actually 0 stars on atmosphereAnd way over priced for the amount of food you get.Would Not recommend this Place.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here and the last time I was here the services was amazing, but this time the the person making my pizza seemed disinterested and seemed to be in a rush of some sort. And after that they smudged my pizza and the cheese slid everywhere on the box. Yes I know I came in a little late at 8:10, but I feel like I should get treated the same as if I came in at 5:00. This experience I would rate a 1/5, I still would recommend though from my last experience which I rated 5/5 just be cautious of when you come in and who makes your pizza

Disclaimer: I'm gluten free! Pie Five Pizza was hands-down my favorite gluten free quick-serve pizza I've ever had! The taste of the gluten free crust (different from cauliflower, which they also offer) had an actual "dough" flavor to it, the toppings were delicious, and the cost of the pizza compared to other quick-serve pizza spots was competitive! We found that Pie Five's GF pizza was actually less expensive than other fast food, delivery pizza chains. The pepperoni's, sauce, and cheese were delicious & had great service! Just a cute little spot, we'll definitely be back!

The hot honey is a must add. The cup pepperoni is the way to go. I always add jalapeños. I would have rather ordered the thin crust. The flavor of the dough was good and the spicy sauce had a little kick.
