Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Stopped by Raising Cane’s in Prosper and had a great experience! The service was fast and the ordering process was super easy, which I really appreciated. My food came out hot and fresh—the chicken fingers were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the Cane’s sauce was as good as always.

I ordered the 3 Finger Combo and everything was great, but I was a little surprised it didn’t come with coleslaw. Maybe it’s only included with the larger combos? Just curious!

Overall, it’s a clean location with friendly staff and quick service. Perfect spot when you’re craving some good fried chicken!

would be five stars but the chicken pieces were small compared to what I normally get.

I just went thru the Drive thru and the guy at the window was pretty RUDE!! I asked for condiments and he just threw them in my bag and closed the window!! He didn’t even greet me at all! He seems to not have any customers service etiquette!! Shouldn’t be working in a restaurant if he doesn’t have the personality for it!!

Worse canes in all Texas staff was lost. all of the team was bouncing around doing multiple things but couldn’t work tougher i put my order in at 10:59 ask 15 min later and all they could tell me “idk I can’t tell how long it takes” asked again 11:20 brush me off. Just come find out at 11:30 my order wasn’t put it they told it will take two min had to walk out before I made a scene at the end of the day I didn’t even get my money or got my food and almost lost my job just to get something to eat I don’t recommend no one to come here !!!

Came in at 12:20, tables were thrown everywhere as the staff was mopping and getting the floor cleaned which made the store hard to navigate around. Had to send back an order because it missed toppings, which resulted in a pushback from a kitchen employee that said “he made it right”. I understand working in the service industry on a weekend when you are wanting to go home, but you are getting paid to do your job so please do it. All around, the employees are unprofessional, including the manager. Now I remember why I don’t eat at Cane’s as much.

When we got there all the tables were pushed around and there was nowhere to sit. We got our food, but our sandwich was missing lettuce and sauce, so we had to go back to get that. One of your employees was arguing about it saying that it did, and he was being very unprofessional. When we got that fixed we sat down and the girl in the drive through was turning the radio up and down. I brought this up to the manager, and he kept making excuses for her. He said that it never happened. The customer service was genuinely terrible. GREAT FOOD THOUGH I LOVE THE CHICKEN SANDWICH

I had the 4 piece dinner here last night. Woke up latter in the night violently throwing up. It has lasted for several hours now. Don’t eat here.

Avoid that long hair annoying dude ,it seems he doesn’t even care about the people waiting on their food , it was right there in his hands and someone reminded him of me waiting and he kept talking to that lil newbie after he looked at me he still continued to talk and laugh , all this happened for about 20 mins

My friends and I came through the drive through around 12 last night and ordered 2 box combos, both of the box combos had only 3 fingers and very minimal fries. After we noticed that the combos were both missing a finger we immediately went back to the window to hopefully fix our problem. The staff were extremely unapologetic and unprofessional, instead of saying I’m sorry and wanting to fix our issue they started placing blame on each other. And said there was not much they could do sense we already opened the box? I have loved canes and grew up on their chicken fingers but this canes will not give you a good experience. I would reccomend McDonald’s over this specific location.

Visited Raising Cane’s on 9/3/24 around 11:10 PM, and the experience was really disappointing. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one coming out to take our order. We could hear the employees laughing and talking in the back, and one of them even saw us but didn’t bother telling anyone to come help. It felt like they were more interested in hanging out than doing their jobs. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Not what I’d expect from a place known for fast service. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
