Terrible food, service was no good, and the chairs and table looked like they weren't cleaned in months. We went in having high expectations because we loved the Sauce in our old town, my parents ordered a small bread each, a personal pizza for me and my brother, strawberry lemonade, and we were also planning on having a dessert. But when we got our food, it was a big lump of disappointment. The pizza was burnt, and the strawberry lemonade sucked, and we didn't even get the small bread. Extremely disappointing.

This place is delicious! I love how they have hatch green chile, ricotta, and other less common custom toppings for pizzas along with the usual favorites.Can’t wait to try the pastas and salads.

The food was absolutely amazing!! We got the Caesar salad and pepperoni mushroom pizza on hand tossed crust... it was perfect! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Very cool environment with the pizza oven. I highly recommend Sauce!

I showed up yesterday with my kiddos and was greeted promptly as we walked through the door. It was our first time here and they helped us out with recommendations. The food was great! At the end of our dinning experience the manager April came by our table to check on us and brought my kids complimentary cookies which were delicious!. Definitely got a repeating customer here! Great Job Sauce!

*update; was asked for my email address to rectify and haven't heard not one peep!* Pizza was hot but chicken on top was ice cold. Asked them to remake it and they had run out of dough. Then ordered gluten free pasta. Pasta came hard and crunchy/uncooked. Everyone seems out out to anything. Very bad experience.

My husband and I went to Sauce for the first time and loved it! We were greeted by Hunter and Jedd and told them it was our first time here. We asked them what were there favorites and without missing a beat Hunter said The Pig Pizza and Jedd said the Bruschetta. So with that we said that’s what we would like with a couple of beers. Within 15 minutes we were enjoying the pizza and bruschetta and absolutely LOVED IT! We will be back again and think we found a new place to eat at. Thank you Hunter and Jedd you guys are awesome!!!!

Excellent pizza! Today was our first time eating here. We ordered the wild mushroom pizza, and it was great! Both the thin and hand tossed crusts were delicious. We've always seen the Sauce Pizza & Wine restaurant in Proser, but we hadn't tried it before. We are so glad we gave it a shot, and we will be back soon!

I hope management take note of this and make adjustments. Friday night, this place is mostly empty while all other restaurants in the area are packed and there's a reason why. The kids you hired need more training and supervision. This is the crew working on 2/18. We ordered the pig pizza with jalapeños. The pizza brought out had uncooked jalapeños thrown on top. It obviously looked like they forgot and threw them on at the end. We asked one of the teens working about it expecting he'd bring it back and make it right, but his instinct was to say yes that's how they do it but he would go ask anyway. He came back a moment later to say the same thing and that they're actually cooked.... He shrugged, mumbled something and walked off. Later I could hear him laughing and talking about us with a group of girls that were supposed to be still on the clock. There were no adults in sight managing these kids. They're walking in and out of the place, playing around. There're more of them than customers and very few were actually working. It's great that the restaurant have plenty on staff but kids cannot be left alone to run the place especially on a Friday night.

So good! I love their thin crust but my husband likes the hand stretched. It's a place we can both go and share a meal and we know it will be good.

Yesterday I ordered the party pack for our office. It was a co workers birthday. Online it says it comes with 6 pizza salad drinks rolls and some kind of chocolate desert. For pizza we ordered 2 margaritas 2 plain pepperoni 1 cheese 1 prosciutto and fig. Plus we ordered an extra gluten free. 4 of the pizzas were wrong and one was burnt to the point it was a cracker. I was extremely dissatisfied and upset due to the fact we spent a decent amount on this and it was all wrong and missing things. We never got drinks rolls or the chocolate desert.

*edit down to 1 star. Was refunded, but not the amount i paid. I guess they decided to keep the tip for allowing me to sit there and watch my friends eat? Or maybe the service they didn’t provide? Seems to be a trend at this place. Def won’t be back.Drove 45 minutes after a 12 hour retail shift on Black Friday weekend to be told “that’s not what you ordered.” No apology, attempt, or offer to make the correct order, just a refund receipt to stare at while my party ate their orders. 3 stars because the manager and staff were at least nice.
