Do NOT mobile order here, they will mark it complete, take your money, and then tell you they don’t use the ingredients so you have to figure out how to get your money back from Starbucks. Then Starbucks makes you go through a dispute process where MAYBE someday you will get your money back. Can’t even dispute the charge because the app makes you buy a Starbucks card through it!!! Insane, smells like fraud.

Used to be one of the only locations that made my drink right but, i don’t know if they got new staff that is just lazy or jot trained properly but always have to go back and have them make it correctly. or get my money back.

The service was SUPER slow. They said they didnt have anymore spinach feta wraps so they couldn't give me 2. And the service was good, but could be better.

Stopped with a friend to purchase 3 gift cards and cashier charged for 4 gift cards. When asked to refund one of the cards that was not asked for, the cashier didn't know how to do it. It wasn't nice
Had to come back hours later to be given the funds back which should have been done at first

Each time i’ve come in i’ve ordered my drink 15-20 mins in advance and each time my drink hasn’t been done or made wrong. I typically come before school so it is a little detrimental for them to move at the pace they do so often.
