Stopped with a friend to purchase 3 gift cards and cashier charged for 4 gift cards. When asked to refund one of the cards that was not asked for, the cashier didn't know how to do it. It wasn't nice Had to come back hours later to be given the funds back which should have been done at first

Each time i’ve come in i’ve ordered my drink 15-20 mins in advance and each time my drink hasn’t been done or made wrong. I typically come before school so it is a little detrimental for them to move at the pace they do so often.

This is my favorite location for morning coffee pickups. The service is super fast, and the staff are great!
I live the exact distance between two Starbucks. Order before I leave the house. Just a basic drip coffee. Never fails when we order at this Prosper location it’s at least 15-20 minutes before it’s even ready. It’s been this way for years. Only three other people in store and two cars in the drive through. If I order and go to the Lake Forest location it’s already done and waiting for me and they usually have three times as many customers.

Cannot make a vintai Ice mocha. without screwing it up. Always something this time, it was without the mocha coffee milk No chocolate or mocha. Or it'll be white choc travel, 18 miles each Way. to get For drink order.
