A big shoutout to our server Tae, who provided outstanding service all night. Tae was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without missing a beat. Also want to recognize Manager Chris, who clearly runs a great operation and made sure guests were taken care of. That level of leadership shows in the overall experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and full of energy. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel right at home. Our server was attentive, friendly, and checked on us often without being overbearing.
The food was outstanding. The steaks were cooked perfectly to order — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they take pride in quality and freshness. The sides were just as impressive, especially the seasoned rice and buttery corn. And of course, the fresh-baked bread with cinnamon butter was next level — warm, soft, and impossible to stop eating!
What really stood out was the consistency and value. The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and everything came out hot and fresh. The upbeat country vibe and fun environment made the whole dining experience even better.
Whether you’re going out for a family dinner, date night, or just craving a great steak, Texas Roadhouse delivers every time. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and excellent service!

We had a bad experience with the service and management team at this Restaurant, I usually visit the Lewisville location 2 or 3 times a week but due to a doctor appointment near this location We decided eat here, I believe we were racially profiled Since we get there, the server had a bad attitude she made some mistakes delivering the order and when we try to ask questions she just said “I’ll call the manager “but we just want to clarify something without making a big deal, after 3 seconds a manager named Chis came in a bad mood asking what the problem was without greeting or being polite when we ask the question about the mistake the server did he just said “no, no no, this is how we do things here “and left without any other words. The restaurant was almost empty and there was no reason to be that rude or out of his mind . I consider myself a very good tipper regardless the service and this time was not the exception .

This is the worst managed Texas Roadhouse. Wait time checked in on app said 0-10 min. Waited over 30 minutes to be seated in a dirty table with a fork, napkin, straw and water in the seat. (Literally employees leaning on furniture at the front instead of doing anything) Food was poor, chicken fried-chicken tasted like raw flour, loaded mashed potatoes had cheese in a block from sitting under the warmer so long, had to cut them with a fork. Value is no longer there with dish sizes and inconsistency in preparation. We’ve tried too many times to like this place, but today has made it the last.

I frequent this location whenever I don’t feel like cooking. The food is always decent. I ordered the brownie tonight and unfortunately the brownie was not cooked at all. I know their brownies are supposed to be softer on the inside, but this was actually just raw batter. Thankfully, I’d only taken a couple bites…hoping I don’t get sick as raw batter isn’t good to eat.

We went with an extremely large group and the young guy (young black guy) had us. We had 3 families and some church members on the side. We split the families so that the tickets would be orderly and he did an excellent job getting our drink and food orders and assisting all of our needs. No one had to send ANYTHING back! Food was good and so was his service. He kept the rolls and butter flowing and we had a great time. We made sure to tip him well! Thank you again & I apologize I can't remember his name, but he was EXCELLENT!
