April 14, 2024 me and my sons went to dinner at the Prosper Texas Roadhouse and ordered, once receiving our food my son noticed the bacon/bbq sauce was missing from his burger. He told the waiter about the missing items (puzzled look walking away) our overly apologetic weird waiter says something off the wall then proceeds. My son pours bbq onto his burger while noticing a lump of something which turned out to be a razor blade mixed in the bbq sauce. The overly apologetic waiter comes back to say something off the wall again?♀️( puzzled look again) I politely asked for the manager. The manager was not bothered by what she just heard and saw but to smooth it over by blaming the distributor while writing a report/ asked if he needed 911. This was a horrific experience for my boys and could have been a tragic incident, I will be reaching out to corporate. Please be careful dining out these days??

Texas Roadhouse was good, pretty much what you expect from the chain. The standouts here were Nico’s service and the food, both excellent. It was loud and crowded, and on the pricey side of you have any alcoholic beverages.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We never go here. Friday, March 29th, for some odd reason I decided I wanted to go. We waited in line as people cut in front of us because they put a mobile reservation in. Prolonging our wait. No big deal. I didn't know it was a thing. My bad. We get seated and the waitress takes our orders. She comes back 5 minutes later saying she forgot to ask my wife something about her order. Then another 3-5 minutes pass and she comes back and ask me about something I ordered. She then does it again. 3 times. So at this point I know our order hasn't been put in for at least 10 minutes after the fact. Its okay. I'm in a good mood enjoying the night. The manager comes out ask how everything is. Of course he does when there is no issues yet. We both got house salads first. Fine. Then our main courses come... my wife ordered grilled shrimp. Everything looked fine. Mine comes and the waitress leaves. I cut it and its chicken fried chicken. I ordered chicken fried steak. I wait for the waitress to come back and check on us which is now taking 10 minutes. When she does I tell her hey this isn't what I ordered. She grabs it and says she will get it fixed. She leaves the sides that are now going to be cold by the time the main course comes back. My wife eats. We wait... we wait... we wait... at this point 20 minutes has passed. Someone comes up and says here is your salad. I said I didn't order a salad, I'm waiting for my chicken fried steak. 10 minutes pass. Now the manager is making his rounds to ask people how everything is. Skips ours. Of course he does. Then 5-10 minutes pass again. We have now waited 40 minutes for my dinner. My wife is finished. Waiter comes up, not our original one, and has a salad. Here is your salad, he says. At this point I'm just pissed off. I said, dude we didn't order a salad. I'm waiting for my main dinner. He leaves. I grab the little screen they have that pays the bill. It said 62.00 for everything. I deducted my steak and left money. I shouldn't have. I should have just walked out because at no point did I get an update. At no point did the manger come by to right the wrong. Nothing. Terrible customer service from top down. It probably starts with the manager. Don't only show up when things are okay. Let us know it is being taken care of. I have no idea why I wanted anything from there. We will never go back.

Texas themed Steakhouse. Southern comfort food.Actually pretty darn good for a lower priced chain Steakhouse. I'm used to going to very high in five star Steakhouses where steaks are $70 above. I had the prime rib here. Less than $30. And I was very pleasantly pleased.They do it right here

We’ve been visit this place the four times but we don’t have a problem with the food here. But last night made me never want to go back. We have A really bad service. in the manager has a really sucks Customer Service . Her name is Jamie. We came at 8 o’clock we ordered two meals . We only received one meal of our food the two side that we ordered it was wrong. and we receive our food at 9:34. The food was very cold We tried to talk to any supervisor nobody give us any detail.
