Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

We got a box of treats delivered and this was super average. The warm cookies are really nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. The brownies and blondies were nothing to write home about. This won’t be a place I’d keep high on the list to try.

My son just moved to Texas from Florida and it was his first birthday away from home. I ordered the cookies for him and his roommates and they all loved them. Thank you for helping this mom feel like part of my son's special day when he lives so far away now.

Signed up for Tiff’s Treats Summer Pass but had never had them before. Bought 2dz and then added on 1/2dz for a special price. Delivered within an hour and WARM!! What a great afternoon treat for me and the Grands. With the Summer Pass, I’m going to have lots of friends!! 😍

This past Sunday, Father's Day, I will forever cherish the stellar customer service that they have displayed within the store regardless of the inconveniences, especially the lack of staff!! When we entered the store to pick up our online order, it was not ready yet and they were making a fresh batch of the cookies we ordered along with the cookie pie!! Unfortunately, the order took longer than usual because of the time it takes to bake!! There's an employee named Eddie, he kindly informed us every minute regarding our order and he even apologized for the long wait, he offered us to get free drinks from the cooler and even gave us a full refund for the order while getting the cookies ready for us!! They also appreciated my patience because as a former retail worker myself, I was in their shoes experiencing the same predicaments that retail stores commonly have, it was relatable in every way I can think of!!

It costs nothing to be patient and nice to service workers because their occupations are difficult and they are under appreciated to the extent that if something goes wrong, they get berated and left with unnecessarily bad reviews!! It's unjust to me for them to be mistreated in a inhumane manner. Try to be a service worker and you'll learn eventually what it's like to be in their shoes!!

Overall, despite all the inconveniences we have experienced that day, they have all, inlcuding Eddie, made the effort to give the Excellent customer experience needed within the store!! Thank you all and will reminisce the generosity you have displayed!!

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

I want to give a shout out to Tiff Treats! I have ordered from them numerous times for birthday surprise deliveries and every delivery has been on time and perfect. The cookies are freshly made and delivered warm and delicious. They also deliver milk, ice cream and serving supplies. I highly recommend. There are many packages and goodies to choose from and much more affordable than flower deliveries. Ypu can order online or use their location finder for their storefront locations.

If you're only going to be taking online orders, it would be nice if there is a sign up informing customers, instead of having people wait in the tiny store forever just to be told they can't place an order.

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!
