These cookies are so scrumptious! I love the Peanut Butter and the Oatmeal Raisin! My girls love the Golden and Chocolate Dubai cookies! Will order again and highly recommend Tiff's Treats! 🩷🥰

Bought from them one time overpriced and nothing special. It’s a cookie plus they were so warm that they were all glued together, and we had to try and pry them apart with little success.

These amazing cookies came pristinely packaged! Not even a smudge of melt from any of the cookies. The chocolate chip is ohhh so good, especially warm! Highly recommend!

So we got the Dubai chocolate, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chip, oatmeal rasin, oatmeal chocolate chip, a chocolate brownie and a salted caramel blondie. All. Of. Them. are good! They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! A dozen of these would make a great present for anyone who is a fan of cookies/sweets! Thanks Tiff 😊

My experience tonight has left me dissolutioned with Tiff's treats. I placed an online order to pickup in store.Upon arrival, the young man asked me for the order number. After entering the number, then I was asked for my name. I gave the information a couple of times, as he asked at least 3 times. He then walked to the back and had a conversation with the female employee. The female, whom I would later find out her name is Taylor, and she is the manager for this location. Well, that’s where things went downhill. Taylor walks up front, does not make eye contact with me, and her body language is very negative. She says. “ What can help you with” in a very defensive and off-putting way. I responded with pardon me, as I was completely confused by her question and demeanor. I stated that I had already given the information to the young man whom I heard consulting with you, so I’m confused as to why she is engaging me in that manner. She then stated, well we are not obligated to have your order until 8:45 pm. (It was then 8:25). I asked if they had cookies ready for walk-in orders. She stated yes, but they are not hot from the oven. I said okay, I’ll wait. Her demeanor and engagement were completely couched in a negative stance from the time she approached me. She then proceeded to the back. I heard her engage the young man concerning me, and he looked at me with a glare. It was at this point that I realized these two young people were struggling with providing appropriate customer service to me. In fact, it was clear that they had some pseudo ax to grind towards me. For what reason, I am not sure. But it was confirmed by and with the way Taylor served all the other customers that came in as I stood for 35 plus minutes waiting for my order. She was congenial, engaging, polite, and welcoming. In fact, the complete total opposite of the way she engaged me. And the result was their assurance that I did not receive my order until well after the 8:45 time she quoted. Thus, upon her bringing my order out at 8:55, I told her to cancel it, and I stated to her that I was not sure why she chose to engage me with such negativity from her initial interaction with me. She then began to interrupt me, and I asked her to not do that, as it is important that she understands why I am communicating my opposition to being treated in a way that no other customer she waited on was treated. She then proceeded to gaslight me with” you were giving us a hard time when you walked in.” Huh????? I stated, the young man asked for my order number several times, and I showed it to him on my phone, then stated my name as he asked. There was no contentious interaction with this person. I stated to her, she alone was the reason for my canceling the order and making a complaint. I stated to her that I’m a long-time customer, and patronize Tiff’s about 3 times a week. And was an Elite member. I stated that I do not spend my money where I am not treated appropriately. Buying cookies is not a necessity, and to be treated like crap for reasons unknown is unacceptable. And thus I would be making my concerns known. Therefore, not only will I cancel the order, but I will be canceling my Elite membership as well. At this point, I am not interested in spending my money where employees have not been trained to view every customer as valuable and a neccessary asset to the business. And the result is that I no longer desire to be a customer.

I was able to do Tiff’s Cookie promo they did for July and August. It has been so wonderful picking up cookies all around the country and delivering them to friends and family when we are visiting. Your blueberry muffin cookies are absolutely amazing and I love the lemon ones. You pick them up nice and warm and the packaging is so cute. Definitely have turned on lots of family and friends to your brand Would highly recommend

We’ve been doing the summer deal where we get a dozen cookies every day for a set price. We pick them up every day and the service is top notch! Taylor, the manager of this location, personally brings out the cookies a lot of the time and she’s a gem! She’s super personable and kind and a total rockstar! The cookies are always correct, delicious, fresh, and warm! If you’ve never had Tiff’s cookies, you need to try them! My favorite flavors are their regular chocolate chip (you’ve got to try it!) and double chocolate chip! My husband likes the blueberry muffin cookies, oatmeal chocolate chip, and the lemon sugar!

We got a box of treats delivered and this was super average. The warm cookies are really nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. The brownies and blondies were nothing to write home about. This won’t be a place I’d keep high on the list to try.

My son just moved to Texas from Florida and it was his first birthday away from home. I ordered the cookies for him and his roommates and they all loved them. Thank you for helping this mom feel like part of my son's special day when he lives so far away now.
