This is not a wing stop, this is slow stop. Waiting on order for 37 minutes? Easy! Food also not great

This was our first time to order wings from this location we usually go to the one in Frisco. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve so they’re probably very busy, but our wings were so dry. The only way to describe them is it reminded me of the turkey from the movie Christmas vacation.

Update Dec'25: ***Taking away stars from Food Quality too. Reason: the bone in wings were dry as hell..Jaw hurts .Garlic Parmesan was literally fried wings with Parmesan sprinkled on top and no hint of garlic in taste or flavor.Mango habanero was not at all saucy ...We were not even buying the bone-in wings in deal, that they have to do cost cutting.The quality degrading every time we order.The boneless Cajun were good****
We eat Wingstop once or twice every month.This used to be our favorite go to Wingstop location but this is 2nd continuous time that order is messed up..We order family pack with flavors as per liking of each family member.Hence giving 1 star for service n overall 3 stars

Last time they did not add 1 flavor to pickup order n 2nd time we made sure that we verify labels at store to be sure that we get everything and this time they just doubled the same flavor and missed out other flavors when labels were correct.Last time they called and mentioned that we will give refund or coupon something..Till date no refund received.This time I requested my husband to drive 25mins again and get the right order.I don't know what changed recently at this location but it's disappointing when 1 person of the family has to wait or substitute fav flavor with another flavor.
To be noted: They did acknowledged the incorrect order n packed the right order later.

Food is good however the workers are dry as a bone. Need better employees. No greetings when you walk in just blank stares as if they are the customers. Hire people that want to work is my suggestion. Restroom is disgusting.

The one good thing about this place is they have windows that allow you to see in the kitchen. The bad thing is that nobody in there wears gloves, and in the 20 minutes we spent waiting on our order nobody washed their hands. I saw their bare hands all over the cooked chicken and one guy had his thumb in the sauce bucket as he was pouring it on then licking it off his finger when he was done. Plus the customer service wasn't very good either.

I didn't want to write this review. I contacted the franchise corporate office first because I wanted to give them a chance to address my concerns before I placed a permanent review. They never got in touch with me unfortunately. My experience was much like several others. We ordered online, the system told us when it would be ready, we were there when that time came, we waited a few extra minutes, then my wife came in to pick it up. Our name was on the TV display, but when we asked about it, they had no idea we had an order. About 30 minutes later we got our food. I came in and asked to speak with a manager about our experience, but was ignored and glared at. Unfortunately the order was not correct either. I like Wingstop, but really not sure I want to go through the service experience again.
Update 12/13/25 - I continue to get offers and mailings from Wingstop. Sorry Wingstop, there are many wing places out there and the service at those places cant be worse than what I have experienced in the West Prosper location. They never contacted me or tried to correct their issues, so my money is better spent at places that provide a good product and good service or if a place falls short (it happens), they take responsibility and make it right.

Qent for Lunch. My Lemon Pepper & Louisiana Classic Wings were amazing, hot, fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff and a clean facility with a good mood vibe environment to match. Definitely will be back.

Restaurant ran out of chicken to sell. I got my order, but missing cheese side dish and drinks. Alot of people in line waiting for orders that had to be cancelled.
This location sucks!! We got the 30 wings deal with fries and veggies. These wings are the most disgusting thing I had eaten in years. We ordered the original, lemon pepper and mango habanero. All of them are so bad!!! The fries are so so salty that you can't even eat them. Please don't waste your money!! Order from super wings in Prosper, you'll taste the difference!We ordered through Doordash and we paid $60 for this food that my dogs won't even eat. Super upset!!!

This is by far the slowest Wingstop I’ve ever visited. The guy at the front counter isn’t the brightest, and has no type of urgency to get people their food. If you visit here, plan on waiting for over 30 plus minutes even if you order ahead.

I believe the employees are racist they would not serve me i was picking up for doordash customer named branden many Hispanics and black people came in, skipped overme was only white person in there. Will never pickup or go to wing stop
