i never write reviews but is crazy how bad this wingstop is, the manager and staff is so lazyðŸ˜ðŸ˜ like they get paid by the hour. i once was calling 20 mins before closing and they weren't answering the phone on purpose cause they wanted to close early, like i heard them get annoyed and pick up the phone and hang up so it would stop ringing. they all got an attitude and act offended when u ask them to do something like it ain they job. they always mess something up and today was just the last straw😹

The taste of the food is really good. However, when it comes to service, it felt a bit disappointing. The staff seemed busy with their phones and didn’t pay much attention to customers. A little more care and interaction with customers would make the experience much better.

Ordered through uber eats they gave the driver the wrong order. I had to go up to the store to get my order that I originally needed delivered. Walked in didn’t get a sorry didn’t get acknowledged just my bag slammed on the counter the other and looked through and placed back on the rack for pick up. Fries were cold and nasty asked for new fries still cold and nasty. Very rude very unprofessional.

I woke up today with massive diarrhea and looked up on ChatGPT my symptoms. I thought I was dying of rabies. I told chat I ate wings last night and I confirmed it indeed wasn’t rabies. It was food poisoning. This location gave me food poisoning.

The food was good, so that was the saving grace of this visit. The dining area was not kept clean; staff stood around on their phones or chatted rather than addressing these issues. The table I sat at wasn't wiped down, and the floor was muddy and not swept. There is not a garbage can for people to throw things away minus a little container for straw wrappers. If the management is listening and cares. Help your staff be attentive to the surroundings and to the customers, teach and help them learn how to interact with customers in a polite and helpful manner.
