My wife and I love this Subway. The sandwiches are always fresh and the store manager, Shirley, is super nice and gave us chocolate chip cookies as soon as they came out of the oven. We are regulars and highly recommend.

Received amazing service by Lance! He was very busy juggling online orders and walk-ins but managed to take the time to make my sandwich with excellent attention to detail and lots of care! By far the best experience I have had in a subway in 17 years! This puts other locations in the area to shame. If your craving Tuna subs, stop by and let Lance show you what you've been missing!

This location just gets worse and worse as time goes by. Staffing issues, preparation issues, training issues.... They are coming up lacking on multiple fronts. Last time I ordered a footlong meatball and they didn't prep meatballs that day. This is a real issue if you paid using the Google pay option on their app and since they don't know how to refund those. Tonight I sent my son to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready by 5:30 pm. He's currently number five in line, one person working the counter, and he doesn't have an ounce of hustle In him. I'm guessing it's going to be 6:00 to 6:15 before we get our order. This is just a poorly managed location.

UPDATE 1: They apprarany prioritize in person ordering over online ordering. Every time someone else would come in, my order got pushed to the back.

UPDATE 2: at 6:18pm I canceled the order and got my money back.

Order through the app and when I arrived to pick up my order nothing was ready. The employee told me that they were out of several items to make my order and asked if I wanted something else. I said no and asked for a refund to which she said ok. A week later and still no refund. I got to pay Subway $22 for the pleasure of visiting the absolute worst location I have ever been to. Avoid this location if you can, there’s always some problem.

I’m not sure the name of the guy working the evening shift on Nov 7 2025, but he was on his game! Great service & probably the best sandwiches we ever got from this location in the past 10 years. Somebody needs to give that guy a raise!

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to, service was trash! The old dude that was working there’s attitude, work ethic, sense of urgency was all trash! Out of a lot of food items and he didn’t even stock up all the sizes of lids to the drinks/cups, and mind you this only around 11:30am, still early on in the day.

I feel really bad for the workers here. They are usually working by themselves. There is never a reason why someone should be in a store by themselves (especially during lunch rush). It's not fair to them or the customers.
