Worst subway. I have to wait for 30 mins before she can start my order. She kept on making online orders. When I asked her how much more time she said “I don’t know”.
She did not make my order until another person came into the store and that person now was behind me. So had to make my sandwich.

Let me first start by saying I NEVER write reviews lol but this young man Ian Castro at this location was absolutely awesome. There’s was an issue with my order and not only did he go above and beyond to rectify the situation, he did so while showing outstanding customer service, and for that reason alone I will be back. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely terrible. Lady behind the counter was dirty and incredibly rude. Only gave us one slice of cheese when we normally get two. “Toasted” them, had to ask for it to be toasted again, my boyfriend didn’t and his meatball sub was ice cold in the middle. Didn’t bother adding veggies as all the veggies laid out were obviously freezer burnt (they were covered in ice) and looked wilted. I told my boyfriend that we should just leave and not eat here, but he didn’t want to be rude so he paid for it. This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had at a subway. Do yourself a favor and drive just a little further down 380 to a different subway. All the other ones near by have been good.

Slowest subway I've ever been to. 8:30pm we waited for at least 20 minutes and not even the people at the front of the line were able to finish ordering. We ended up leaving along with another customer. I just wanted to order food.

Walked in to an empty place and was told by the 2 employees that we had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to order because they just received a phone order for 4 sandwiches and could not help us so we walked out.
