Surprisingly good fried chicken on your road trip. The counter area was clean and so was the kitchen part from what I could see. It made for happy road trippers. No complaints.

They are always out of stuff and they only carry honey biscuits. A lot of people like regular biscuits with gravy but have to wait 20 minutes for regular biscuits. We I didn't order anything from this Chester's.

3piece tenders where dry and over priced. Ordered a combo and it doesn’t even come with a drink. Rude service also. They must really be struggling. Subway is the bomb though and right across from them in same space.

I recommend to anyone who ever get stranded or just passing through Quanah Texas to stop by sisters Cafe because the people there are very nice and friendly and they have the best chicken fried steaks ever.And to the waitress who helped us out the day we got stranded I want to thank you may God always bless you I never got the chance to thank you. I made sure I posted it on my Facebook but yeah I had the best chicken fried steaks stop by if ever passing through thanks for the help and sisters Cafe.
