It was busy, I was indecisive as always (sammiches !:) )
Jim was my chef even though it was busy he took excellent attention to my sandwich but kept good pace but yo. This outlaw it looked better than the picture !!! Did awesome with proportions and cheesey cheese placement. I haven't had hot food in... Well lol 🤣. This is so good. Just him and his rockstar team mate were killing it with both kindness and artistic quickness. Thank you for the hot meal this thing was totally worth the money ! Thank you for cooking for me but also for being so dang kind. Subway needs to give y'all a raise it was so nice to have people working that were attentive and professional their workspace was clean (no cross saucing lol ) no ingredients were mixed in any of their placements nor overflowing. And idk if it was those two who prepped all that but all the ingredients looked fresh and delicious.
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Was given a one serving portion ( 6 inch sandwich) I had told the lady that's not the correct protein portion. She argued with me and blaming mgment that they want portion control. I told her fine but if I'm paying $15 for a wrap I expect to have my portions. I had to Google and show her what goes on the wrap. This is ridiculous. Next time I'll get something else.

I have no idea how this place makes it besides the fact it's attached to a truck stop. I've never seen a subway out of so many items all the time and never in my life have I ordered a meatball and it been freezing COLD! Unreal how this place is still functioning. Yall need to do better or shut down

When I sat down to eat the subway I had been craving for days I was thoroughly disappointed with what I got. I asked for a HOT meatball sub and a chicken bacon ranch. The meatball sub was supposed to be a 6 inch but I got a foot long and on top of that it was COLD, meatball subs were born to be hot but no and they put it in the little oven and someone it tasted like it came fresh out the freezer. As for the chicken bacon ranch, it was more CHICKEN and half a piece of bacon and the slightest dot of ranch and it was not warm either. Also they ran out of lids and when I asked for one they just said “ummmmm” like ummm get me a lid please. Overall if I could give it 0 stars I would, but I can’t. This subway ruined subway for me.
