Fast service and correct orders served by the same smiling faces every time. This is a well-run restaurant.
Lacks proper customer service
When the McDonald's kiosk had an glitch where the deal did not go through, we attempted to resolve it with the cashier but they seemed to not understand how the deals work and what we were asking for, which caused them to mistakingly take our order but without the deal. We obviously did not want this and asked if they could fix it, but they refused, resulting in us getting a refund.
