My husband and I got the steak fingers. Top 3 without a doubt. Fabulous salad bar, friendly waiter. This is a hidden gem. If you are near this area, this is the place. Just do it!
We stopped into the Bison Cafe after visiting the Caprock Canyons State Park on a Sunday morning.
What a gem. The hospitality and warmth from the staff and the generous portions made our visit well worth it.
The owner stopped by our table multiple times to check on our experience and shared the story of her restaurant - which clearly serves as core to the community.

Great little place to come and eat. Has a great buffet. Come hungry because if you leave hungry it’s your own fault. Highly recommend!!!
