Food was good. Waitstaff not so much. Not very engaging of friendly. Just take the order and walk off while you’re still talking. Waitress was literally throwing menus on one table as customers were coming to sit down. Several people around us even commented how unprofessional that was. I’m probably the only one willing to speak out though. Small town folks want to be treated better than this.
If you're with a group, everyone doesn't get served at the same time. When a plate is ready, that one is served. No hot plate light.
Parking: They have 2 handy cap parking spots. All gravel parking, no real designated spots. You just hope the people there park close enough so they don't take too big of an area.

Open, the regular customers were polite and honestly chatty. The right phrase is homey. You definitely felt welcomed. When my food arrived " breakfast," the flavor was quite pleasant, and portions were that of an average adults fuel need. Overall, it was well worth the morning commute from remote mineola!
