“Food was good. Waitstaff not so much. Not very engaging of friendly. Just take the order and walk off while you’re still talking. Waitress was literally throwing menus on one table as customers were coming to sit down. Several people around us even commented how unprofessional that was. I’m probably the only one willing to speak out though. Small town folks want to be treated better than this.”

“Judge Hunt's BBQ prepared the food for my in-laws anniversary party. We picked it up from them before the event. It was hot and delicious. The brisket is THE BEST! We also had smoked chicken breast and sausage. Beans and Potato salad prepared by them. I don't eat out much, but I will be having more brisket from Judge Hunts in the future. So good!”

“Stopped by for something fast, fresh, easy and that's exactly what I got. I ordered a chicken wrap, 6 macadamia nut cooked and a medium Dr Pepper. Everything tasted worderful, it was done in good time especially since the person making mine was very new. My big kuddos goes to the lady who I assume is a shift manager. If she's not in management, she should be. They appeared to be way understaffed but she was calm and helpful to customers and her trainee. I was very impressed by my first visit which is why for sure come back. I wish I remembered her name because she was for sure a big part of why my visit went so well.”

“I have just spent a very exhausting few minutes at the Sonic in Quitman, TX. Usually, the workers are very good!! The one who helped us today either needs a hearing aid or had other problems. On the speaker I could hear it was very noisy inside. He could not hear us. He finally came out to take the order and it was awful!!! He still couldn't hear us. All I wanted was 3 chicken strips and a Large Vanilla Diet Coke. He didn't/wouldn't understand us. He asked us what size, we told him," just 3 C.S." When he finally understood the 3, he wanted to know if we wanted 3 dinners with 3 strips. We finally got him to understand!!! Then, when I got my order, I was shocked at the price! $8.00 and more! They didn't give us the receipt.Then, I drove away and got a sip of my V. D. Coke and it was warm to the taste and touch!! I took the lid off and there was hardly any ice in it. I was already tired and hot so I came on home. But, I think you needed to know what happened today.

“We came blowing in on July 4th apparently 5 minutes before they were due to close (holiday hours). Once we heard they were due to close, we would have graciously left to allow them to complete closing up, but instead were told to sit down and then proceeded to receive better service than we usually get at our favorite restaurants. The service was EXCELLENT, the food was good, and we will stop in again next time we are coming through town.”

“First, I’d like to say that the food there was very tasteful and good. However, the staff, other than one server, was very cold non smiling, not attentive. The male server that they had couldn’t quit running his fingers through his hair and then touching peoples plates and food. It was very disgusting to watch. One server stood at the side of the kitchen with her arms crossed, acting like if I have to spend one more minute here. I don’t know what I’ll do. There was a big spill on the floor that remained on the floor The whole time that we ate our meal just waiting for someone to slip and fall. So for this reason, the atmosphere at this restaurant is not something that I care to attend on a regular basis.”

“Just ate lunch there today after our family played golf. We had a big group of 9 and they were especially accommodating in seating us near an outlet in able to plug in a portable oxygen machine. In fact, a couple gave us their table to make it work!
Drink service was fast and appreciated since we were all hot from playing golf. Our group ordered some shared appetizers and had all the plates and dipping sauces we needed and our food followed shortly after. Every order was correct and the waitress even offered to split checks for us.
We had several smash burgers, BLT, Cobb salad, BBQ chicken wrap, chicken salad wrap, and several of their sides.
GREAT experience and grateful to Logan's for a nice ending to a family weekend!”

“This is by far the best Subway I have ever been to. 100% the best in East Texas. It looks brand new every time we go in there. Their lunch crew is phenomenal. I would hire them in a heartbeat. They are hardworking, professional and give outstanding customer service. Kindness and attention to detail goes a long way. The team there takes pride in their establishment and they keep it clean. I know some days have to be a beating but you would never know it with that crew. Keep up the great work Lake Fork Subway!!”
