“I'm a trucker and I broke down on Main St 2 days ago. Looks like I will be here for at least another day. Simply put, the people here in town are amazing. From the local police to the gentlemen who pulled me out of the street (at no charge), to the employees at Brookshire's who were very friendly and even let me shave and freshen up in their bathroom this morning. Super super super awesome people here. Made this North Carolina boy feel almost like he was at home. This is America done right.”

“A cute local spot to stop for lunch. I was pulling a horse trailer and they had a good spot to pull in and turn around. Lunch social was $10 for a BBQ sandwich, tea and chips, which I thought was a great value.”

“Shared space in a building with Valero on other side. It is a typical Sonic. Food was good, chicken was dry, mozzarella sticks spot on, tater tots good. Day manager very creative in her art work inside.”
