Came up there at around 10pm and the girl taking my order couldn’t have been less enthusiastic with her customer service she just sounded miserable. And people like that do not leave a good impression on a business. The food is great but customer service was trash.

Got the footlong quarter pound coney. Supposed to be grilled and has no marks. Loved to see you grilling. Can’t really show that? Even if you do it doesn’t look my dog. So you can’t even cook it right? Sad. Here’s a thought, cook it like you say it will be cooked? I know a crazy thought. Got chicken tenders too, way over fried, disappointed, is it really so hard to fry chicken or fish to the right time/twmp?? You must see it’s over cooked/

I ordered a hot fudge shake.... It was the most disgusting thing ever .. the whipped cream was not whipped it looked like syrup The guy that brought me my drink his nails were so freaking dirty and black underneath I made him keep my change! I threw the drink away! Never go here!!!!!! The second and last time! Go to dairy Queen the food and shakes are way better and employees hands are clean

You will be lucky if your order is correct. Lucky if its not partially cold if not all cold. Mist of the time you will wait in drive thru mych longer then you would expect. Therevare exceptions when this is not the case. But this is my expectation. They could care less. Not many options in quitman texas and this is the basis they seem to operate on. Been this way to the most part since they opened in 91 i believe

Every time I go at night to get food they get my order wrong. During the day I never have any issues but I do not recommend going here at night the food is never made right!

I have just spent a very exhausting few minutes at the Sonic in Quitman, TX. Usually, the workers are very good!! The one who helped us today either needs a hearing aid or had other problems. On the speaker I could hear it was very noisy inside. He could not hear us. He finally came out to take the order and it was awful!!! He still couldn't hear us. All I wanted was 3 chicken strips and a Large Vanilla Diet Coke. He didn't/wouldn't understand us. He asked us what size, we told him," just 3 C.S." When he finally understood the 3, he wanted to know if we wanted 3 dinners with 3 strips. We finally got him to understand!!! Then, when I got my order, I was shocked at the price! $8.00 and more! They didn't give us the receipt.Then, I drove away and got a sip of my V. D. Coke and it was warm to the taste and touch!! I took the lid off and there was hardly any ice in it. I don't eat at this particular Sonic because the food and service have always been horrible and tonight is not an exception. Ordered the Tuesday night burgers, asked them to add bacon ? which they charged me for it btw. Got home, and the burgers were cold, and not one crumb of bacon in sight. Is it that hard to read a ticket? It took forever to get the food and then it wasn't even right.
Their food is good most of the time but 80% of there order stations do not work most of the time, so you have to keep moving to another spot. Most of the time i just leave
