Hard to know how to rate this. The guy making the sandwich was nice but the things that were wrong are hard to let go. First it was cash only, then no spinach or cheddar cheese, then no small cups so we were forced to buy a medium drink, then no tea, then napkins were torn off the bathroom paper rolls and last but certainly not least second bite of my sandwich and I had a long brown hair in my mouth. My hair is not brown.

Probably one of the worst subways I've been to in a very long time, they prioritize online sandwich orders over customers actually standing in the store, when somebody has a lunch hour from work that doesn't last very long it would be nice to get in and out and not just stand and wait for online orders to be filled....do better Quitman subway!

This could very easily be the worst Subway I've been in in a very long time. All the bread was stale food was not fresh floors were disgusting and the building was empty. It has gone dramatically down hill in the last couple of yrs.

The poor girl who is always stuck working by herself during rush hour is always getting harassed by impatient customers to the point that she can't focus on a quality sandwiches. We have been disapoinded in our last two experiences.

I love bringing my kids here. The assistant manager is so nice and friendly. She always is working so hard and really giving her all. I just admire her for her strong hard work ethic. She keep this place running so smoothly! Just wanted to shout her out!!

On this visit the staff seemed sort of confused about how to wait on a customer.
