Blue Eye Bistro is a must place that far exceeds expectations. The food is fresh, crispy, delicious, and full of flavor, offering a very good variety. The fries are the best from any restaurant. Their lamb gyro is spectacularly, amazingly, succulently, and fantastically good, with an excellent sauce, and the beef schwarma sandwich is of amazing quality. The gyro wraps are delicious. Pizzas are very good and their mac and cheese is also enjoyed. The tortilla-like bread is fluffy and airy, preferred over a normal tortilla. The selection is wonderful and everything feels fresh and delicious.
The service is excellent, great, and very friendly and attentive, making people feel like family. The atmosphere is wonderful. It is a local establishment with fine cuisine that is definitely worth a try and customers plan to return. It is possibly a favorite place to eat and is 100% recommended.
