Got the Chicken sandwich and it was cooked perfectly and the fries were still hot. I have been enjoying their food a lot more recently, everything has been a lot tastier and the tenders are so good. 😋

I do not like the new buttermilk tenders, please burn them and bring back the original. This test period for these tenders will be remembered by your company like New Coke is rembered by Coca-Cola. The team was very polite however.

Horribly understaffed. Each employee was doing the work of two, and barely able to.
Waited 20 min for a non special order, 2 employees, a third was on a break (which is fine).

Magda is awesome. I arrived right at closing. She smiled, asked me what I wanted and packaged it for me quickly. She could have just said they were closed. That’s not in her character. And, it carries over to her crew. Popeyes is my favorite place to eat because of her and her team.

The classic chicken tenders were spicy. I am not a spicy chicken eater.
Classic shouldn't be spicy. Can you change them?
