Great food & customer Service store was extremely clean
Since when does Dairy Queen charge for each layer of pecans on their peanut buster parfait. I asked to substitute pecans instead and they charged me 3 times on all 3 of them. Boy I have never paid almost 30 dollars for 4 ice creams. It's ridiculous and to top it off they forgot about us in the drive through we sat waiting 20 minutes before another worker kid told the one on the intercom he forgot about us! Then they finally took our order
I will say that they are good at correcting the order when it’s wrong but why must it always be wrong. I know if I complained today they’d fix it but I’m so tired of always having to send my husband back. Today I took one bite of my burger and couldn’t eat anymore. The lettuce tasted the way a wet mop smells. I actually feel sick now. 🤢🤮.
Fries were also very cold and hard as if they were sitting there a while. Not happy at all.
