She was so helpful when I explained my nutrition goals and the flavors I like and she had great suggestions. I got the Chunky Monkey protein shake. She also makes protein waffles and doughnuts! I ordered a shake and a tea and it was so tasty that I couldn’t get a picture because I drank them so fast. The cups have personalized writings on them that are so awesome and just for you to lift your spirit and or encourage you.
