There’s a flavor for everyone, and there’s no gritty, chaulky, or protein flavor like other shakes. Lisa is so sweet, friendly, and positive. She will take care of you whether you’re a new or longtime customer. I highly recommend trying the protein waffles on Waffle Wednesday’s!

Was looking for a quick smoothie for breakfast and came across this place. Ordered a 36 Gram protein shake. Wow, filling and when I left I took the HawaiianPunch Energy Drink. Double up! It was refreshing and didn't need a coffee. The rest of the day. I like supporting neighborhood small business. Next time I'm Red Oak. Stop by, tell them Chuck sent ya for great service.
