Went on Friday December 26, 9:30pm. Doors were locked and couldn't see anyone inside. There was a car near the door. I went to the drive-thru and asked if I could still use the app to order and the response was not I dont know. I tried to use the app but it would not work saying they were closed. I went back to the drive-thru to order and was told we cant honor it and goodbye. I asked if i could order anything its 9:40? And then rudely snapped at what do you want. Nothing now with that attitude. I was surprised on Christmas eve my wife went there and had a great experience with the cashier. My wife was shocked at the difference between the two. I guess go early or dont bother.

I thought they closed here in red oak tx at 10 but the last few times we have driven there at 9:30 ,all the lights are out on the outside and no one comes to the speaker at the drive through menu so im not going back but they need to change there closing time to 9:30 instead of 10 so people won't be wasting time & gas

Alexis (i think that’s her name) red hair kinda chubby she was very rude, i informed her she messed up my order she caught an attitude and i just wanted her to fix and told her i would pay extra but she got very defensive and was trying to rush me away i finally got what i asked for and said thank you she slammed the window in my face (5/17/25)

went to go to arbys in red oak tx tonight around 830 was the only ones inside and we were ignored for a few minutes which was fine but when the lady finally did help us she was quite rude to the point I said nevermind I don't think we want to eat this anyways overheard the two ladies beforehand saying we need to cover our buts think they might have done something wrong and worried about it is why they might have been so short and snappy with us

At about 5 pm 3/14/25, in Red Oak, went inside and placed an order including French dip with Swiss cheese. At home, discovered the sandwich did not come with Swiss or the dip. Just dry meat on a dry bun. Why can't someone CHECK each order before giving it to the customer???? That is like Fast Food 101. Arby's failed.

I ordered in the app which was more work than it should've been. I was greeted immediately upon entering. The girl confirmed my order went through. Took less than 5 minutes to get it. Great customer service. So happy to have potato cakes back on the menu. It's the reason I came for dinner tonight. French dip wasn't as satisfying as I remember. Are you using different Swiss? Happy to get a free sandwich in the app and cash back for using the UPSIDE app.

Placed an online order today at 4:35pm with a pick up time of 4:38pm. Arrived and was asked to park since they had just received the order, although it was submitted five minutes prior to my arrival. My wife was informed that they would carry the food out once it was ready. My wife entered the store after waiting an additional 13 minutes and was told that they were finishing up making the last of six sandwiches. Finally received the order at 4:54pm, and the young boy that identified himself as the manager refused to give us a couple of cookies for the extended wait, but he was quick to say that there’s only two of them working the store as if that justifies providing subpar customer service.
