My wife and I just ate at the BK Red Oak. The service was good and friendly. The food came fast and was hot and fresh. The place was clean. Good job!👍😀
At this location between 8:30pm -9pm. I ordered a fish sandwich which advertised for $3.99. I was told that I had to get the spicy sandwich. I agreed to order it. Upon arrival I was told $6.00 and some change. I explained that I wanted to purchase the one that was $3.99. I received the worst fish sandwich ever. AGAIN charged me and didn't receive my order correctly. this day today I'm done.
I just don't understand why this place is such a disaster. I never complain publicly about restaurants but I just can't take it anymore. you will never get my money again...
