Since I was born In N.C. and Raised in Dallas,, I always understood Bi-Lingual to mean: A person that speaks a 2nd Language ! For Instance...if the Primary Language is English then why have Non English workers that answer the Speaker ?? How bout an English Speaking worker that can Interpret Spanish?? I SPEAK ENGLISH so I'm not too Fond of Non English speaking Individuals telling me I didn't say Something when they just Didn't Clearly Understand .. when you need a Bilingual Employee,,Their Primary Language should be ENGLISH!!. Make No mistake in understanding when I say Non English speaking workers.....I'm referring to Individuals that Learned to Speak English but not Understand English.

Please retrain your staff I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes this morning. Fast food should be fast. The couple that were behind me left because the service was taking so long. I give a lot of grace for people in customer service because I’ve been there. But this was ridiculous.

The food was nasty ! The fries was not fresh and the burger was not fresh neither . I will never eat there again the pink lemonade freeze was not frozen it was watery! The coworker that works the window was very rude.
The manager let her boyfriend Ivan run the store and she let him another lady work in multiple names on the same shift. The store is short staff because of that and they want us to work extra hard when it’s only 3 or 4 ppl working but about 6 ppl clocked in. Worst job ever. And they serve food that been sitting there for hours they just redip it in the grease to warm up. From fries chicken fries chicken nuggets mozzarella fries.

I mobile ordered drove 20 mins to red oak burger King and was told i had to wait for them to make my burgers ,(took 17 mins and food was still cold. I asked for complementary drinks. They have me sprite. I would have asked for coke
