Everything was fresh and made to order. This location never disappoint me. The only thing is that BK burgers taste a little different now. It doesn't have as strong of a charcoal burger taste like it used to but it's still good enough for me.

Ive never been this surprised since quality has gone down after covid. The first time me and a few friends attempted to eat here we wanted a good place to eat without staying in our car. The door was locked and the dining was off limits. So we ate at the Dennys down the street. Second time we called ahead to make sure the dining was open. When we got here the door was open and we started ordering using the tablet kiosks. One specific manager a struffy looking black woman stared at us after she locked the door behind us. When we finished ordering she got into a yelling match with some of the younger staff using profanity and threatening to fight. The burger was good I got the texas...something. The fries...are horrible. Technically this place is quite clean in the dining area but im sure thats because its never open.

Service was terrible locked doors as soon as we came in wouldn’t let other customers in. The black cashier lady started cussing out the cook on the back. I could hear her talking to customers coming in through the drive through she was extremely rude to them. We ended up going down the street to the Denny’s. The lady I was talking about earlier she is a little short with a small white streak in her hair. She saw that customers were very clearly trying to come in to get food and she didn’t do anything about it. Would not recommend ever coming here.

I wish I could give this negative stats. I had mold on my bun and the employee told me there was nothing she could do did I want something to drink. Starting to see why no one is ever in this line. Then refused to give me the general manager number.

Placed an order online due to my strict time schedule and found mold on my bun. Immediately asked for my money back if possible but I was rudely told to do it online. They gave me another burger freshly made but was not given any napkins in my bag and there’s no napkins in the lobby. I love BK but this is unacceptable

This placed kicked butt. It was clean, bathroom too, it was fast, and the burger was beyond perfect. Staff was professional, and I had to complement them on a job well done. It's rare now just to get what you ordered, but it was right, hot, and as close to perfect as you can get
