I wish I could give this negative stats. I had mold on my bun and the employee told me there was nothing she could do did I want something to drink. Starting to see why no one is ever in this line. Then refused to give me the general manager number.

Placed an order online due to my strict time schedule and found mold on my bun. Immediately asked for my money back if possible but I was rudely told to do it online. They gave me another burger freshly made but was not given any napkins in my bag and there’s no napkins in the lobby. I love BK but this is unacceptable

This placed kicked butt. It was clean, bathroom too, it was fast, and the burger was beyond perfect. Staff was professional, and I had to complement them on a job well done. It's rare now just to get what you ordered, but it was right, hot, and as close to perfect as you can get

We placed a large mobile order at the Burger King on Ovilla Rd in Red Oak, TX. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff told me someone else had already picked it up — but we didn’t send anyone. I explained this clearly and expected some kind of help or resolution.
Instead, I was met with horrible customer service. No one even tried to fix the situation. The manager (Antonio) was dismissive and unhelpful, basically telling me there was nothing they could do — even though we had paid for food we never received.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. We’ve been loyal customers, but this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Burger King needs to do better — especially when customers are being stolen from and ignored.

DO NOT PLACE MOBILE ORDERS HERE! The mobile app is compromised and hacked. The manager claims that someone has accessed the system and getting mobile orders. Antonio says it happens all the time and nothing he could do. They will not refund you or give you your food. ANTONIO ,THE MANAGER, is terrible manager. Stay away.

I went there at 11:38pm waited at the sign which was broken, the lady said they were closed. I said google has you open to 12:00am what time do you close now. She said 11:42 pm which was 1 minute after the time I was talking to her. I wish I had recorded it. They need new management, clearly the ones they have don't know how to run a restaurant.

We went through drive through to get two Duos the drive thru lady was repeating our order wrong so we decided to go inside maybe there was a misunderstanding… nope she still kept repeating the wrong oder to us and a strong alcohol odor was
Coming from her her eyes were blood shut red. The other employees just seemed lost and concerned. I recorded a bit of the end of the conversation. The lady claimed she doesnt drink but she seemed and smelled like she was. Wont let me load the video but i did snap a picture of the woman.

Ordered online for both me and my wife. Between 2 burgers, fries, chicken fries, it seemed like this restaurant did the opposite on everything just to be aholes.

I ordered a triple whopper with cheese, add extra, no pickles or tomatoes. Just reverse that and that's what I got. 15 dollars for a BK burger you'd think maybe you'd get that. The rest of the order was very much like that.
