The okra was loaded with grease and nasty as wel!! Very unsatisfied. Want my momey back or another meal at Gun Barrel city tx location!!!! I will never eat at Red Oak location again!!!!!!! Nasty!!! Asked for a lot of hot sause and she said no because they don't get a truck till Friday... Tell me how that's my problem? I just paid $20 for a number 2 and offered to pay for more hot sause. So now I have to source my own hot sause? I'm already going for an incredibly unhealthy meal, I'm not about to eat this without the sauce I want. I will never come back here or probably any chicken express. It's happened before at other locations. You know how long hot sause keeps? Forever... Over order the hot sauce and charge people for extra... That simple.

Tried twice. Ordered their chicken liver dinner. While it was cooked in record time it came to keep burnt. I complained and was given a chance to get another meal. I went the very best day. Same cashier on deputy who know the problem yet the meal was ready just as fast and just as burned. In the past I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get the meal. These two ti.es it came in less than 10 minutes. This tells me they have the heat way to high abd are cooking g way too fast. Tasted terrible. I will not be back!

This place is trash. I asked for my tenders and fries to be made fresh. I live less than 5 mins away get home and my food was cold. Called and spoke to a manager that said to bring it back but why should I have to come back. Never again I will take the ride to Grand Prairie where the food is always made to order and hot. I knew when the guy voice changed when I said make my food fresh it was going to be wrong.
