I’m going to say this the kindest way that I can, but Dear Chipotle workers, if you don’t like the job that you do or have? Go find something else to do, regardless of what you feel you are in the food/customer service business. The way my food was prepared today, highly unacceptable. From the attitude of the worker who just gave the vibe that she’s didn’t want to be there to there being “no lettuce” and left at that. Your energy at the end of the day will always affect the bottom dollar which affects you in the end. At the end of the day, do better.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I asked for a product I’ve gotten on my food before. The employee making my bowl was kind and helpful, but the manager was extremely rude. When I mentioned ( politely and out of confusion) that I had received it in the past, the manager snapped, saying, “Well I’ve never heard of that!” His attitude was completely unnecessary. On top of that, when I got my order, it was so poorly packaged that the food spilled all over the inside of my bag. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

This was the last straw for me and visiting this location.

Ordered online, arrived to pick up my order only to realize once I got in my car that my order was wrong. We took the order back inside and explained that it was only one meal and I purchased 4 meals. There was a line of angry customers with incorrect orders. Another gentle man walked in after us and I guess we received his order. That order was given to the guy after we had already gone through the bag.

The young guy working the online ordered asked us 3 times what time was our order scheduled to be ready and 3 times we told him 8:20 and after waiting in line it was almost 8:40. He then proceeds to remake the order without apologies or anything. I said sir is my order not ready and he said no I’m going to remake it because it was probably given to someone else. At this point I’m furious because for one your not communicating and two you didn’t apologize or anything.

Long story short I’m done with chipotle, period. Bout to mention the trash was over flowing and the floor was so nasty. I just wanted my money back and to get out of there.

Did not prioritize uber eats order, waited 50 mins for an order and they kept making others food before my uber order even if they entered after me. Uber order canceled order because of wait time.

Dirty, unorganized, slow and customer service attitude failed. Trust me every customer will say the same. The manager needs to visit waxahachie or other branches nearby for a grat example.

I went to get a bowl at this chipotle only to receive a bad service. The girl that served my meal never greeted me much less made me feel comfortable ordering. She basically tossed my food into the bowl in a very messy way and when I asked for lettuce she gave me little to no lettuce. I felt so uncomfortable with her service I told the cashier I didn’t want the bowl bc I felt disgusted by the way the girl had served the meal and even that employee rolled her eyes at me. I hate complaining at food places cos I get how tired the employees can be but this service at this location is flat out terrible.

I came in and ordered a bowl, paid, got to my car and another customer came up and said hey you may want to check your order because they gave me the wrong bowl. Cool and thank you, mistakes happen. Walked inside, I’m assuming the manager that came was about to get off because she was really quick and snappy when I was just simply trying to tell her, hey I got the wrong bowl. Of course, she asked me for my receipt said she couldn’t give it back, like really. Then told me to go to the end of the line to get another bowl and wait… yeah you all have to do better. I think I’ve seen this lady before at another location in duncanville area I believe, stop transferring bad employees.

They’ve gotten rid of good management/ staff and IT SHOWS!! It’s been going downhill since late February/early March. Overall, I do not recommend this location anymore. We come out of our way to come to this chipotle and the last few visits have been terrible. We ordered our usual bowls. Had to wait for rice, veggies, and beans to be made. The medium salsa looked the same consistency as the guacamole, yuck! The young lady (African American with black/red hair) who started making the bowls was delightful, accommodating and very helpful. The second young lady (Hispanic with black hair) was quite the opposite, very rude and not helpful in any way. I also requested some items on the side, some of which the containers were less than half full and others were just missing out of the bag. Again I say avoid this location!!

L Time

Good customer service is about communication and accountability—both of which were completely lacking. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to the Red Oak location and would caution others to consider that if you run into a problem. All I wanted was a few items to be placed in side cups and they made it seem like an issue. They also threw my side portions across the platform to the cashier. Which resulted in spilled salsa and sour cream all over my bag. One last issue was that the meat was not HOT. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this company was frustrating enough to warrant one. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful.

Female manager nasty attitude, portions way too small. This is been going on for past year. I no longer go there. It’s worse than before. I love chipotle, but it’s not worth it anymore. Return to better/larger portions I will return. Everyone is complaining. Really sad
