The lady with the red hair working 11-24-25 was extremely rude, if you don’t want to work then quit your job. Huffing and puffing about making bowls and mumbling under your breath is a bad look for this establishment. She needs to be back of house, people like that are a liability and will get this place sued by someone super quick

Don’t order anything online (via Uber eats or the chipotle website for pick up etc). Always always go in person or you’ll get extremely mediocre bowls. I ordered two bowls last night and they skimped on the sour cream, the cheese, the medium salsa and there were five pieces of steak. Truly disappointing.

They have never seen a broom before. I have never seen a stainless steel grille. Look dead, black. If they never had a scener, grilled brick before. My stepdaughter love it so I got to go there. I will not eat there if they paid me. and this DeSoto, just as bad!!!

We were just passing through when my daughter stated she was hungry. She has a severe gluten allergy and the young man working the front counter went above and beyond to ensure she received a safe meal. I only wish we had gotten his name. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I’m really fed up with Chipotle at this point. The girl with the bleached blue hair and the other girl with the colored braids were rude for absolutely no reason. All I did was politely ask for a little more rice in my tray , and they acted like it was a problem. Then they started whispering and laughing like it was a joke. Super unprofessional and unnecessary

I don’t even leave reviews. Horrible customer service. Chubby Mexican dude and black girl/guy with braids, little boys rude and taking this job as a JOKE. No don’t come here and portions are the worst I’ve ever been too and I don’t even complain but man what a shame I had to look at my bowl twice like what the is that?
