Picture it Christmas morning having to go to work. Nobody wants to work on Christmas, but alas some must. Most shops in Red Oak were closed but RedOak Donuts open sign shining like a beautiful star at 5:20am. The service was phenomenal. I'm not sure if the gentleman was the owner or not, but he was absolutely the best. Donuts were as fresh as you could ask for. Absolutely will come back. Highly recommend. Thank you all for giving an amazing start to this day.

Absolutely terrible experience twice already now! I literally have been charged twice by the same person and they don’t wanna take accountability besides once. Then go and stated it was reversed back. Never was! Never got the money back. Absolutely liars.

I went today December 4th for the first and last time. I just moved here and need to get my donut shop set. Well after the great reviews I came here. It was around 10am and raining, I have 2 small kiddos so i went through the drive thru. Sat there for about 10 minutes till someone honked behind me and just left because no one was at the window. Mind you, when i pulled the worker was just sitting in the front with no other customers. After a few more minutes another vehicle pulled up behind me and also left. i finally decided to honk and nothing. Until, i guess, someone finally went inside and i see the lady finally behind the counter. she was just laughing with the customer upfront and after a few more minutes still not even eye contact towards me at the the drivd thru. anyways what a way to start off my morning. even missed breakfast time at mcdonalds and tacobell.
