picked up a 2 sandwich order at 8pm december 29th and it was a disappointing meal the service and portions were underwhelming we received 1 very small pickle spear for 2 sandwiches and 1 skinny piece of bacon on my sandwich

Sandwich was good a few tables needed to be cleaned but people don't like to clean up after themselves and they were busy. Overall would recommend.

I always order the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. The last 3 times I ordered from this location there was barely any meat on my sandwich. All other locations I have been too have put the correct amount of meat on it.

In tried to call and make my complaint but I got no answer… where did I start .. first the cookies that where for sale where a weeks old , the machine had no ice and LASTLY , my sandwich had mold on my bread ! I will not be coming back I’ll be call the health department and BBA . This is terrible

Worst FH EVER!!!!! The staff didn’t acknowledge anyone walking in and with a line at the counter to order and a line at the pickup line no one acknowledged us waiting for online orders. They made eye contact and kept serving the people in line to order. I asked for my online order and it was ready and sitting behind the counter and had gotten cold while I was being ignored. The whole point in an online order. Also the sandwich was not made properly, large chunks of tomatoes and onions were on it. I’ll drive 15 minutes out the way for the good FH moving forward.

Okay so the service was fine, everyone was polite enough. Now for the part that made me sad; the food! We decided to eat here for lunch and I was excited to see the large amount of hot subs that were on the menu as I love a hot sub! I went with a meatball sub and was hopeful it would be good ,but it was far from good. It's a 4 minute drive from our shop and when I got my sandwich the cheese was cold and unpleasant and the meatballs were crunchy, which means they were microwaved for way too long. The pickle was flimsy with zero bite and the marinara tastes like plain tomato sauce out of a can. For a national chain this place was very far off the mark and I hope it was just a bad day, but from what I ate it seems like nobody cares.

I have been going to Friehouse for as long as I can remember . Have eaten at MANY locations. I have never had such a terrible sandwich at a firehouse like the one i had today.
First as I walked you should have the famous greeting. NOT
Only had kids running the business.
Never saw anything Adult at all I they all looked like no more than 16 years old..Now only one other person was in the store at the time I was there. It too over 15minutes maybe 20 to get my sandwich. And the other patron recived his sandwich ofter I got mine ( He was there first)
I will NOT be going back.
I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well

Workers were not dressed properly, sandwiches were of very poor quality and construction, tables, floors, bathroom and front door were all dirty even though we were the only customers and workers were just loafing. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would want to believe that the management would not want this to be the norm in their establishment. Never going back.
As it appears that my review was deleted somehow and I received no return correspondence, I’ll try it again. Really hope it to be seen by management/ownership so these issues will be resolved.

Placed an order for a job event for 13 subs, and all 13 were wrong. It was asked and confirmed several times during the order that dressings wouldn't be on the subs themselves, but instead in cups as sides.

The food is never consistent, seems like new staff every week and I always order the extra pickle but have only received two, twice ever. I've been there at least 15 times, food is tasty when made right but the service is ridiculous.

Sandwich took almost 15 mins. Only orders going out were DoorDash. But there was one person working on sandwiches and the other two were just talking.

Ordered roast beef and I have never had that little meat, even at subway. This is the second time in a row that my sandwich had a very small amount of meat on it. Thought the first time was an anomaly.

Only times I have been disappointed with firehouse has been at this store.

Ordered on-line delivery. Paid in full inadvance. No food, no delivery. Store said they never received order and they don't use the delivery service that was on the app. I called my bank, a charge and refund was confirmed.

No one didn’t greet me inside the restaurant just bunch of kids working here and dancing around the restaurant and overcharge me for bacon and cup size . Didn’t tell me have a good day as I was leaving the store and I heard the young lady called me ugly in the background as I was leaving the store .
