The food is never consistent, seems like new staff every week and I always order the extra pickle but have only received two, twice ever. I've been there at least 15 times, food is tasty when made right but the service is ridiculous.

Let's say this is pretty cool. To go grab a nicely stacked sandwich. Seeing some womderful youth working so well is amazing. The staff really puts a sandwich together nicely. It's not thrown together...smashed up..left out.

Very respectfully executed. Red oak is pretty small so it's pretty cool seeing people you know.

The brownies are delish.

Remember it's not thrown together and gets nicely toasted...so...

I ordered take out yesterday and I was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed by the cashier’s service that I had to ask for his name. His name was Steven. That made me a lot happier. I never hear about people with the same name as me. I felt as if I could relate to him on a grave level. I felt super comfortable talking to him and giving him my order. He greeted me as soon as I walked into the restaurant with a big smile and a “welcome to firehouse”. I’d come back any...
