Such a disappointment. This business has huge potential but lacks professionalism, accountability and customer service. I really hope someone steps in and turns it around before its too late. Their never open during business hours, always out of something on the menu, poor customer service, no point in calling an order in to avoid the wait because they never answer the phone.

Came in for some soul food and wasn't disappointed with the smothered pork chops, cheesey mac & chesse, collard greens and red beans and ground beef...was totally stuffed off of 1/2 piece of pork chop...I'm glad I came today after work to catch gran gran's open great food at great prices...

We have got to do better. My husband and I decided to try Gran Gran's. It started out all wrong and quickly when down hill. Upon walking in the door, we were greeted with a look that we were an inconvenience. When we took a look at the menu the lady behind the counter snapped at us to not pay attention to the menu but instead ask her what was available on today's menu. I ordered a fish basket and wanted to know if I could get another side dish (greens). Someone from the back
I can’t speak for the food but customer service is awful. Drove from DeSoto. Doors locked, no sign stating hours. Call message from 19th that there closed that day. Theirs a lady inside but doesn’t attempt to come to door. I will never come back here.
