Absolutely love jersey Mike's never had a bad experience at any location been my hands down go to place for a sammich beats out every other place that exists fresh bread fresh meat sliced like your at the deli and I dont get mines Mike's way cuz I dnt do veggies but that salt pepper oil vinegar and spices they add makes it the best sammich to eat i recommend a #9 add Ham extra bacon brown mustard mayo and all the spices oil n vinegar u wont be disappointed omg my mouth is watering just typing abt it i drooled on my phone🤤🤤

I’m not really a fan of chain restaurants, but a friend convinced me to give this one a try.
I have a feeling this place is going to be the exception.
The service was outstanding, the restaurant was spotless, and the Philly cheesesteak was excellent.
Such a cool, relaxed Saturday lunch! 😎

Why is Jersey Mike’s placing the receipt on top of the sandwich before it is placed in the bag. There is ink on the receipt and it comes out of a a printer and now it is on my food.

Service was very professional and sweet. Very clean tables for a supper time, and the food was made just right and made to order. Keep up the awesome service.

Went in again this passed Saturday and their were only 3 customers ahead of us, so I decided to sit and order it online. The team and her manager worked quick, quietly as if so focused in getting the online orders out fast. Because they had more online order due to the cold, but they did it and with a lot of teamwork. The establishment was definitely very clean, and the sandwiches were once again YUMMY!

I ordered online about 20 minutes before arriving at the store, then had to wait an additional 20 minutes before they had my 2 sandwich order ready. They were extremely unorganized. Two people were mainly standing there chit chatting with each other while 2 guys made sandwiches & another was on the grill. One guy couldn't even figure out how to wrap sandwiches!

I usually have a good experience here - good customer service, decent wait time and quality sandwich; however, this time around seemed to be off: I think they were training someone so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt; however, I went in to order a hot honey sub which is usually PACKED and full of flavor. My wait time was longer than usual which was fine, I didn’t mind, but when my sandwich was ready, the guy (I presume was new) said “this is yours.” There were other people waiting in the lobby so I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me. It also wasn’t in a bag, he just handed the wrapped sandwich to me. My sandwich was supposed to come with onions, it had little onions and the online it did had was not sautéed and/or soft enough. The sandwich was also unusually flat. Like I said before, the regular sandwich usually is stacked and full of flavor. I had a LOT more bread on this sandwich than anything. I am hoping this is a one time thing based on training because I loved coming here to get subs.

Ordered a number 17 which is a Jersey Mike’s Philly cheese steak with peppers and onions on white bread. We got the giant to share. The sandwich was big with a lot of meat and American white cheese. But very little onions and even less peppers. And some of the peppers were pickled. It needs more veggies to be a classic cheese steak to me. And it’s a $20 sandwich. I’ve never had pickled anything on this type of sandwich. And didn’t like it. And the peppers were hard. Ned to cook them longer. The onions were stringy and hard to bite too. I have ate a lot of Philly cheese steaks and it didn’t measure up.

Highly disappointed I got the new chicken steak sub with pepperoni and they didn't ask if I wanted the veggies and it didn't have pepperoni on it

I love Jersey Mikes don’t get me wrong but when you order 2 club sandwiches and it’s $43 I expect it to have bacon on both of the sandwiches. If it were $8 a sandwich then I wouldn’t complain. Unacceptable for the price neither sandwich had bacon.

Always love getting a JM sandwich. One of my favorite places. Fresh bread, fresh cut deli. Just the right mix of veggies and seasoning. Tried the other places and nothing compares to Jersey Mike's excellence!!!!
