Tried to give this location a try again and the service failed once again. Had an online order and arrived 20 minutes after the time i was told to pick and still had to wait another 30 minutes. The employees move with no sense of urgency at all. The whole point of ordering online is so the food will be ready when i arrive.

I had just got off of work.DecidedIt was a saturday afternoon at two o'clock figured I would get a fresh kfc.Sandwich, it is disgusting. Like it has been sitting for days a hocky puck It is hard the fries are disgusting.They are hard.I tried calling back and the phone just rang and rang and rang and nobody answered and the lady at the drive through was very rude.I'm just disgusted, will not go there ever again yuck...

Ordered 5 pot pies, which required a 15 to 20 minute wait, however the customer service was excellent so I didn't mind the wait.

I pre-ordered, it said it would be ready at 7:21 pm. I arrived at 7:31 pm and waited over 30 minutes because they hadn't prepared my order. When I asked for it again, the lady who served me forgot to order my order, and I had to wait even longer. There was absolutely no one in the room. Why are they taking so long? You're supposed to pick it up when you order, but apparently those employees still don't understand that. This happened today, August 31, 2025

Each time that I've went here they always get my oder wrong or they leave something off and I'm always sending $30 or more here this was my last time going... the food is ok.. my babies enjoyed it but didn't eat...

I just tried the spicy wings and wedges meal. The wings were just like they use to br before they stopped serving them. Spicy and crispy.
But the wedges they served me were old and greasy. They should have been put in the trash. And they were nothing like the picture. They were flat with nothing to them.

It was hot inside. I love the chicken here it's so good. But there was only two women holding it down. If you want KFC its faster to go through the drive thru and take it home.

Terrible. No service whatsoever, we were ignored for fifteen minutes so we left. No one ever came to the counter. This place should be shut down if they don’t want to sell any food.

Checked opening time say kfc opens at 10:30 Ordered online order say ready I get to kfc 10:35 and the employees just now walking in and told me that even though my order say ready it isn’t and it will be another 8 mins. If the store opens at 10:30 that means there should be food ready for the customer at that time. I go in after 8 mins just to be told it will be another 13 mins I look at the sign and guess what no refunds 😒 I guess that means they can take as long as they want. Lesson learned if you have plans don’t order kfc you will never be on time

I came to the drive thru. It was just our car, my husband and I. The lady was nice that took my order, I ordered a breast and wing. I get to the window she told me the total and I paid her. She walked off to take care of some people that came in so around 5 minutes (time it) yes do it now time 5 minutes pretend youre sitting at the window waiting. The cook comes from behind and gave me the total to pay. I told him she took that already then he took another up to a minute (time that as you wait) and handed me my food. As I'm waiting I thought to myself this is going to be interesting because they never asked me my preference how I wanted my chicken. Now Grant you, it didn't matter to me because I haven't had kfc in years so I didn't care. We get home and I open the box and yeh there sat my chicken. The breast was so huge the flour was a caked on batter. I looked at it and you know how you get that gut feeling like I'm not sure about this. Well, I turned it down. I'm going to pick the meat and give it to my dog. I hate wasting that money, but live and learn. I don't go to food shacks because people really don't care so that's why you pray over your food.
