Tonight is pizza night again and I am so glad everything turned out right. I have plenty of food in my kitchen including Rotel, Wings, Tacos, Burgers and lots of folks lol. ? everyone knows I love pizza and will order it in a heartbeat. Pizza was delicious I must say

My pizza experience wasn't good. My pies were over cooked..i ordered online and when I went to pick up at the provided time. My pies were not hot and the cheese looked as if they had been sitting out for a while. I won't be returning to this location.
Sticky fingers tonight was tasteless. It is usually so good and tastes fresh. Not tonight. Total opposite. Pepperoni was excellent. Whoever prepared the sticky fingers dropped the ball

There are no words for the way in which I was treated today while attempting to place phone order. I am usually very happy with the customer service I receive from here. Tiday was my first encounter with a female employee there..I'm not sure if her name, but customer service is not a strength for her. Mr. Jim's would do well to reassign her from taking the orders to pizza prep. I changed from a 1/2 cheese/1/2 three topping to 1/2 bacon/ 1/2 three meat. This change over stimulated her and she subsequently went into a full rage of disrespect and humiliation. I am so sorry that me, the customer decided to change my order in the same phone conversation. I had no idea this would cause such havoc for her..I do apologize and hope her employer can accommodate those that have trouble with sensory dysregulation..The pizza prep may help reduce those external stimuli that cause the reaction I received

Talking about top notch customer service . I was having problems trying to submit my order online. I called Mr Jims she was happy and willingly ready to help me ( I didn't get her name) she knows who she is .without any hesitation she helped me from beginning to end . Mr . Jim is always hot when it's delivered and soooo good . Best customer service hands down..They also sent a treat with a note all I could do was smile . The kids were happy... Thank you Thank you Thank you
