I was there .. order my food ..ask the girl for To go silverware when she told me it was only if you go to the drive-through window, although I was inside get in my food to go I called the manager, but she said he was the manager and not nearest the only thing he said was I would but she should have an eye and I’ll talk to him that was enough to not go back

The young girls they hire here are absolutely horrible. 0 customer service. Money is tight..... they purposely didn't put my items in the bag and laughed about it. Your parents should be proud.

After going through a bad experience at Taco Bell! We decided to come to Panda & met an amazing cashier Jennifer!! She gave us the most welcoming greet!! If a “0” was possible this is what I would choose, but because it’s not I gave a 1. This was strictly due to the lack of customer service!!! The service and the professionalism are on a steep downhill trajectory. When this restaurant first opened they prided themselves on fresh food and polite customer service. The night staff tonight was absolutely horrible. I will not be returning to this location due to the night staff in this location.

Mom Help

Not sure what is going on at this location this past months. The food is tasting worse and worse and the kids they have hired spend the whole time texting and playing instead of seeing to customers.

Do yourself a service and hire better staff. Last month there was a fire blazing on stove and the kids were doing Tik toks recording. SMH

From start to finish, driving into parking lot the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The service was inattentive and unprofessional, creating an atmosphere that felt more unwelcoming than inviting. The environment lacked warmth or care, leaving an overall distasteful impression. Unfortunately, the attitude toward customers was the worst part - no acknowledgement. One of the leads/management saw me approach to place order but chose to walk away. This establishment clearly does not value the people it serves, and I will not be returning.

Lady asked if I wanted any sauces I told her I wanted two teriyaki sauces, she said okay, ran my card and sent me on my way with a bag full of food. I can not express how disappointed I am opening up my bowl of white rice and chicken teriyaki with no teriyaki sauce. Extremely dissatisfied. BE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE SAUCE. #SAUCEUSA #SAUCENATION #SAUCEMATTERS

Server Odalys P (as mentioned on the receipt) seemed to be in a rush. I placed an order for broccoli beef and orange chicken. However, immediately following, I asked if I could change from broccoli beef to Kung pow chicken. She advised me I could not because she already made the plate although I had just literally ordered it. I was still at the speaker! Then, to top it off, it appears to be just broccoli. There were 2 pieces of beef, MAYBE! They were out of sweet and sour and fried rice. Such a disappointment!

Worst experience. We went to Panda for something quick but filling. We waited over 30 mins in drive thru line. At that when I arrived the line was not long at all. I order 3 bowls and a plate all with chow mein except one w/super greens. When I arrived to the window they gave me 2 plates and 2 bowls. I told the guy at the window. Hey you gave me 2 plates not knowing if they mistakenly gave me someone else's order. Some other girl comes and says he is going to take care of it, I ordered super greens and she said they were gonna be about 2 mins wait because they ran out. I said okay. Cool. She said just go to the front and we will bring it out. So I get my food, get home, one 1 plate and 1 bowl have chow mein, my bowl with super greens the veggies are not even cooked they are raw veggies, and another bowl that was supposed to have chow mein didn't have anything. So the didn't get my order wrong once but 2 times. I will not be returning. It was everything but quick and filling. Worst panda. Don't even stop because you will waste your time.
