I ordered pizza and the wrong order was delivered. I called the store 034547 to tell them and the young lady at the location was so nice. I was placed on hold, but the hold button was not pressed. This is the bull crap that was delivered to my house after waiting an hour and a half for dinner. It was burnt and cold. I called to complain and Connie answered. Connie was so unbothered and didn’t even apologize for this mess. The Red Oak, TX Pizza Hut has really gone down hill. Even if you plan for the slow delivery times we’ve had two instances recently where the wrong food was delivered or in this case one item not delivered. I made several calls to this location and usually the call gets dropped after ringing 10 times or more. Then someone finally answered but put me on hold. After 8+ minutes I gave up and tried again.
