You should be ashamed serving this crap I received today. I received a cold, hard & dry pizza tasted stale. Never again. I just read some of the negative reviews and don’t see any responses obviously this restaurant don’t even care

Ordered a 5 topping hand tossed which wasn’t cooked. Had to put it in the toaster oven. They put bacon on it, instead of Canadian bacon. The Italian sausage was awful tasting and the mushroom were raw. It reminded me of why I haven’t ate at Pizza Hut in years. It’s bad. Also ordered a cheesy bites pizza for the kids. They seemed to like it pretty good

Superbowl evening, so we ordered 3 hours in advanced. At 5pm the order had not been made and staff/manager said they could not promise it would be prepared. I think they overlooked and hopefully not ignored the early orders since we were not the only ones not getting pizza around that time. Went around corner and got Arby's instead. This place is usually good but let us down that night.

The night shift Female Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional to a customer when they arrived to pick up their order! The customer stated that their order wasn’t correct! and was told to go to another location in a very rude yelling tone! if they didn’t want to wait an additional 30 mins due to being behind on schedule because they have to many orders that had to be remade regarding customers complaints. When I witnessed how the customer was being treated I decided myself to go across the street to Little Caesars and just pick up a pizza! I will not order from this Pizza Hut location again. The Management need proper training when dealing with customers!

Pizza Hut in general does not honor their own promotions. I received 2 different emails with 2 different promotional codes. Tried for over an hour on both the app as well as the website and neither worked. Then you ask for a manager, whom I'm told is "Kari Stanton" and I'm told "we don't honor those coupons." Then I contact their useless customer service department who confirmed both codes were valid, but could only offer to walk me through another order. As if that was my first time! Pizza Hut is amongst a growing number of restaurants that simply lack customer service skills as well as tact. So ridiculous!!
