This was my first visit to the Red Oak location and I’m not pleased. My little one doesn’t care for slot of sauce so I made certain to order a pizza with light sauce only to get home with a pizza that looks like extra sauce. I’ve called twice so far and been hung up on by 2 women.

Everyone knows Pizza Hut, but some are better than others. This one is better than others. It used to not be great, but that hasn't been a problem the last couple of times we have gotten pizza there. Sometimes a pizza is a little pricey but their deals is really good for those trying to save a little money. The last few times we have gone, the food has been hot upon getting home and there were no mistakes on our orders. This Pizza Hut has stepped up its game.

Pizza could have been cooked better it was dark and had little to any sauce on it but the pizza wasn't perfect but my kids ate because it was late and didn't have time for nothing
Mess up my order every time but they always fix it, just don't like having to double back, but it's cool I'm giving a break to this location giving time to get it right, great management tho there is a female manager that's very pleasant and will make sure that your order is corrected, she even went above and beyond and brought my order out to my car.
